A private, stunning architectural beach house with breathtaking ocean views located in a peaceful and calm setting perfect for individuals, groups and families. This lovely 3BR house features a large living room with a separated dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and toilet on the ground floor. On the top floor, you will find the master bedroom with a stunning panoramic view overlooking the coastline, two guest rooms and two spacious bathrooms.

• Private and quiet outdoor space with exclusive access for guests only

• Fully equipped kitchen that allows for delicious homecooked meals

• Two oversized modern bathrooms with bathtub and shower

• Bed linen, towels and bathroom essentials included

• Wide selection of books for some relaxation time

• Parking space included within the condo

• 2-min walk to the beach (direct access)

• A security deposit of 500€ will be requested upon arrival (both cash and credit card are accepted)

• Security deposit will be refunded within 7 working days after successfully inspection of the residence

• As per Portuguese regulations, we will be required to ask for every guest's passport details upon arrival for immigration and borders control purposes

• Late check-in fee of 30€ applicable after 9PM

• Losing the house key and the remote control will incur in a 50€ penalty

• Smoking is only allowed in the exterior area

• The beach house must be cleared off of any rubbish before check-out. There are rubbish bins available to the left of the condo

• Please be considerate of any loud noises from 10PM onwards

• We can’t be held responsible for any incident occurring during your stay at the property or derived from the misuse of the property

• Located just a few steps away from beach

• Private and quiet gated condo

• 5-min drive from Santa Cruz village centre

• 10-min drive from the supermarket (Intermarché)

• 40-min drive from Lisbon Airport

Beautiful location, fabulous house with great privacy and amazing views. Welcoming and fun town.

We had an amazing, relaxing holiday in Santa Cruz. The house is fantastic. The sound of the waves is constant and sitting on the little balcony watching the sunset is magical. The house is well equipped and has everything you could need. You can walk to the town via the pathway or the beach. Everyone is so kind and friendly. There are some gorgeous, inexpensive restaurants and amazing pastry shops. We surfed at Noah surf camp with Nuno, Fred and the team. They are fantastic. We had a car and it was an easy drive on very good roads to lots of beautiful historic locations like Obidos, Alcobacas and Tomar. It was a perfect family holiday. The beach does have a strong current and on days when we wanted longer time in the water we went to the excellent local Piscina. Thank you so much!!!

Great view, restful place. The house is beautiful and comfortable, But car necessary.

The house has a great view and loads of light, it was clean and in good condition.The beaches within walking distance from the house are amazing. Great for surfers and walkers who don't mind climbing a few steps up and down to the beach. Because of the waves, swimming can be dangerous. Santa Cruz seemed very quiet at this time of the year, many businesses in the town centre were closed down - very limited shopping. Our initial idea was to tour the Lisbon area, but the 30 minute dirve on a country road to and fro the motorway deterred us from doing so. But we don't regret it; we thoroughly enjoyed the house, the surrounding nature and the views. Thank you for everything, Francisco!

La casa está muy bien en general aunque hay algunas cosas importantes que no se mencionan.

La casa está bien pero esta en una urbanización completamente en obras. No hay nada de ambiente en la zona cercana. A la casa la falta mantenimiento, la puerta de la cocina no se puede abrir, en la habitación principal la contraventana de madera no funciona. La wifi funciona fatal, prácticamente es como si no hubiese, los baños estan bien y la planta baja tambien. Es comoda y amplia. Falta cambiar parte del menaje como las sartenes. Muy bien ubicada y muy cerca de la playa. Faltan muebles de terraza para poder disfrutarla.
