About the property

Tranquil surroundings yet walking distance to all amenities and the beach

Casa Annabel is an air conditioned/heated studio set in beautifully tranquil landscaped gardens, and is 3 minutes walk to the lovely pool. Mi Jardin was carefully constructed in an Andalucian style and has the atmosphere of a Spanish pueblo. The apartment has a king sized bed and a day bed with a sprung base and a proper mattress, which can be made up as a single or a king size to comfortably sleep two extra adults. The covered terrace with its sea view is perfect for alfresco dining. The well equipped kitchen allows for easy self catering, however it is walking distance to bars and restaurants. Free UK/Spanish TV/WIFI. A Free cot/Highchair may be requested at the time of booking. The beautiful blue flag Carvajal beach with its highly recommended Spanish chiringuito Kalifato and usual water sports, is a 15 minute walk away. Please note that it is a 20 minute walk back as it is uphill. Why not treat yourself to a swim in the lovely pool on your way home? Please note that the pool does not have a lifeguard however it is safely enclosed. Beach/pool towels provided. It is a 20 minute walk ( uphill) to the bus stops, shops, pavement cafes, bars and the recommended Indian restaurant Nirvana . Aldi is only a further 5 minutes walk away. Alternatively it is 5 minutes and around 5e in an Uber taxi. Casa Annabel is only 3 km from Benalmadena Pueblo! It is a 20 minute walk ( or 5 minutes and around 5e in an Uber taxi) to the Carvajal train station which provides easy access to Fuengirola, Benalmadena, the airport and Malaga city centre . Trains run every 20 minutes, the journey to the airport takes just under 30 minutes and costs just over 2 euros! The station is inside the terminal, ( please note when booking you flights that the train stops running between 2330 and 0530), however a taxi will cost around 35 euros. Airport transfers can be arranged on your behalf from 30 euros. A car is therefore not necessary however it would be an advantage if you like to explore. Free communal parking is available. Please note that there are steps down to the property so it may not be suitable for those with walking difficulties. Casa Annabel is adjoining Casa Christabel and both apartments may be booked together ( at a reduced rate) to accommodate a larger group of family or friends.. Please ask the owner for any additional information required.

Quality accommodation at a reasonable rate.

Sarah has provided spotlessly clean and well furnished accommodation, which is superbly equipped and includes a comfortable bed - a vital amenity! The delightful location is quiet, peaceful, provides a distant view of the sea and is surrounded by gardens and flowers.There is information and support available for all eventualities and Christine/Sarah, in an adjacent apartment, are equally supportive. The apartment lacks a sun terrace but provides lovely, shaded outdoor seating - suitable for alfresco dining. Car parking is available and loungers can be taken to the pool for sunbathing. Sarah is quick to respond to questions and we felt very satisfied. As in many places on the Costa del Sol, the area is hilly and so car hire is particularly helpful. Torremar car hire set within walking distance - uphill! - is very good and Lesley is english speaking.

A well-planned studio with quality linens and bedd

Casa Annabel is a great find and I plan to go again. It’s set in a quiet 1970s development that seems very well loved, and has mature shrubs and trees. Plenty of parking, sea view, private terrace with table/chairs for dining outdoors, on-site pool, and a downhill walk to the beach + bar (or 2 minute drive!!) – what a great combination. Inside we were impressed by the quality bedding and towels and china and glasses, fast wifi, DVD and a TV with UK channels (among other languages). Also air-con that actually works, a big comfy double bed, nice lighting for evening mood, kitchen with full size oven and hob, a decent freezer box for ice, plus a handy washing machine and long clothes line out in the sun. So it was really easy to feel at home and start relaxing from day one. Good communications from the owner too. Highly recommended. Short drive to decent shops. Also great restaurants in Benalmadena!!

Toller Urlaub in schöner Urbanisation

Im Vorfeld sehr gute und freundliche Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin Sarah. Die Ausstattung vom Casa Annabel ist genau wie beschrieben, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und alle wichtigen Dinge sind vorhanden. Das Apartment liegt in einer ruhigen und sicheren Urbanisation,- Mietwagen wäre von Vorteil wenn man die Gegend erkunden möchte, ist aber kein unbedingtes Muss. Im Casa findet sich eine Infomappe mit ganz vielen Tipps, was man in der Region unternehmen kann und man wird vor Ort ebenfalls betreut. Wir waren rundum mit dem Apartment und der Umgebung zufrieden.

Das Apartment ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Umgebung fantastisch nur das steile Weg nach oben erfordert gute Kondition. Ein guter Ort für Erholung und Entspannung trotzt störenden Mücken

All are easily accessible via the train.
