"Sa Sermenta" is a cottage situated only 500 metres from Museddu beach and 2,5 km from the village called Cardedu. . The property is composed of a living room with kitchenette, a double room, a twin room and a bathroom. The house has also a spacious veranda and it is surrounded by a vineyard and olive trees.
The cottage can accommodate 6 people thanks to the day bed in the living room.

tutto ok

Casa molto vivibile, dentro e fuori, curato e ordinato, ideale per stare tranquilli, mare a 10 minuti a piedi. In ogni angolo della casa ci sono prese di corrente, non servono prese multiple per caricare i cellulari.

Tolles Ferienhaus

Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und großzügig. Die große Veranda lädt abends zum Sitzen im Freien ein. Der große gemauerte Grill war ebenfalls, was bisher nicht oft der Fall war, sehr sauber und in gutem Zustand. Die Besitzer die direkt nebenan wohnen haben uns regelmäßig mit frischen Weintrauben und Feigen aus ihrem Garten versorgt und waren ansonsten kaum zu sehen. Einziges Manko ist die Straße, die zwar nur eine Nebenstraße ist, aber dennoch bis in die Nacht hinein viel befahren ist. Das hat uns aber nicht weiter gestört. Ansonsten ein Top Aufenthalt in einem wunderschönen Haus Auch der Kontakt mit Marco von der Agentur war nett und unkompliziert!

Proprietà molto bella e inserita in un'oasi di pace in posizione comodissima per visitare l'Ogliastra e ideale per una famiglia di 4/6 persone anche tenuto conto delle ampissime aree esterne (patio, zona barbecue e giardino). Pulizia impeccabile alla consegna. Un grazie al team di ALL 4 Sardinia e in particolare a Marco per la cortesia, la solerzia e la disponibilità. Nel paese di Cardedu consigliamo la ricerca delle attività artigianali che realizzano e commercializzano eccellenze gastronomiche da non perdere!

Der Objektbeschreibung ist geschickterweise nicht zu entnehmen - weder in Wort noch in Bild - dass die Ferienwohnung an einer Kreuzung liegt, der Hauptverbindungsstrasse, die die Besiedlungen paralell zur Küste verbindet und einer Strasse, die bevorzugt von Motorradfahrern als Abkürzung zu eben dieser Strasse genutzt wird. Das morgendliche Schafgebimmel gehört ja zu einem Sardinienurlaub - der Verkehrslärm eher nicht. Hinzu kommt, dass die Vermieter aus einem grösseren Familienverbund bestehen, deren Terrasse genau an die des Ferienobjektes angrenzt. Die Leutchen haben sich gerne auf Ihrer Terrasse bis spät in den Abend zusammen gesetzt und ohne Rücksicht auf ihre Feriengäste sehr laute Konversationen geführt. Das ganze gipfelte in lauten Streitgesprächen oder auch ins Telefon schreien morgens um 7 Uhr. Es war nicht daran zu denken mal in Ruhe ein Buch zu lesen. Man kann in keiner Weise von sympathischen Vermietern sprechen - wir haben uns in den 3 Wochen Aufenthalt weder gegrüsst noch sonst irgendwelche Annäherungen gehabt. Zudem hatte man das Gefühl etwas kontrolliert zu werden - so waren z.B. die Liegen nach einmaliger Benutzung im Garten bei der Rückkehr vom Strand wieder an ihren Platz auf der Terrasse geräumt - mit knapp 60 Jahren ist das für mich Kindergarten und gehört nicht zu meiner Auffassung mich im Urlaub frei entfalten zu können. Der Hund ist leider immer noch kurz angekettet - ich weiss nicht warum - er schlägt sowieso nicht an, sondern jammert nur manchmal... Die in der Artikelbeschreibung erwähnte Klimaanlage ist nur gegen eine zusätzliche wöchentliche Zahlung von 50,- EUR nutzbar. Wir kennen diese Gegend recht gut, waren ca. 8x in verschiedenen Quartieren - hatten nie schlechte Erfahrungen, aber in dieses Haus werden wir mit Sicherheit nicht zurück kehren.
