Our newly renovated three-room apartment is located in the center of Nerja. From the balcony on the 5th floor you enjoy one of the best views of the mountains and the ocean you can get.

The apartment is close to the Nerja has to offer, you can see down to the city's biggest and most popular beach, Burriana Beach, which you reach by a 5 minute walk. Burriana Beach also has several restaurants.

Old town with shopping, restaurants and the stunning environment that offers the small streets you can reach in 10 minutes and to the city's most famous site, the Balcon de Europa further 5 minute walk.

The apartment has undergone a complete renovation where everything is new; kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms, wardrobes, furniture including 42 "smart tv, wifi, new beds, new kitchen utensils, nespresso machine, new laundry / drying machine, etc.

Outdoors: On the ground floor of the building there is a small lawn and direct access to the pool. The patio is south facing. The outdoor environment consists of a garden and a swimming pool. The balcony has besides sea pool views. On the top floor of the building (7) is a large roof terrace with views of the sea and the mountains. Cleaning / towels / linen / maid service: Towels and linens are included in the price. 2500 SEK in deposit will be the rental prices and refunded if all is ok for inspection and cleaning.

Exellent brialliantly appointed property with stunning sea view!

There is nothing negative to say about this apartment.

It has everything you need and amazing sea views.

Three TV's, dishwasher, washing machine, oven and microwave it really is a home away from home.

I can't speak any more highly than to say you would be happy to live in such a lovely apartment which is immaculate throughout.

We'll be back if we can get the dates we need!

The owners couldn't be more helpful and although we were dealing in pounds and the owners Swedish and we were paying in Euro all went smoothly.

Happy to recommend!!

Flott leilighet og sjarmerende by.

Dette er en ryddig og moderne leilighet med alt av utstyr. Beliggenhet er super og utsikten er helt strålende. Bassenget var veldig kaldt i april, men ble brukbart utover i mai. Utsikten veier opp for manglende kveldssol. Kan virkelig anbefale leiligheten og Nerja med sine flotte strender og pittoreske gater.

Super appartement Nerja 2017

L'appartement est très bien situé, dans un quartier calme, proche de la plage Burriana et du centre ville et des commerces.

L'appartement est très beau, belle vue sur la mer, bien équipé : lave vaisselle, machine à laver...

LJe recommande vraiment cet appartement.

Nous avons passé d'agréables vacances en famille.

An excellent apartment! Complete, clean and bright. Close to the beach and in a nice area.

We absolutely loved our stay in this bright and modern apartment. It was super clean and well equipped, with a stunning view! Very close to the beach and in a friendly neighborhood. We visited the nice and cozy bar downstairs several times and the kids enjoyed themselves a lot in the pool. I would definitely recommend this place to my family and friends.

Alles, was man für einen perfekten Aufenthalt in Nerja braucht

Zwei helle, modern möblierte Schlafzimmer, davon eins geräumig und mit Blick über rote Ziegeldächer zum Meer und bequemem Doppelbett, das andere klein und mit ebenso schönem Blick auf die Berge und mit Schlafsofa. Ein kombiniertes Wohn-/Esszimmer mit Balkonzugang geht in die ausgezeichnet ausgestattete Küche über. Der Hit ist natürlich ein verglasbarer Balkon, Südseite, Meerblick. Auch bei Wind und Regen kann man hier gut sitzen. Wenn es kühl ist, steht ein kleiner, effektiver Heizlüfter zur Verfügung, was die Wohnung auch in den Wintermonaten gut nutzbar macht. Die Schlafzimmer können mit AC beheizt oder gekühlt werden.

Uns hat es in den vier Wochen ausgezeichnet gefallen, es war alles vorhanden, was wir benötigt haben, alles sehr sauber und in hervorragendem Zustand: von der Dusche mit Regen- und Handbrause bis zu den intuitiv bedienbaren Elektrogeräten. Das WLAN war nicht immer zuverlässig, aber nach Router-Neustart kein Problem mehr. Fernsehen, Youtube, Netflix für die abendliche Unterhaltung oder Information lassen keine Wünsche übrig, auch in den Schlafzimmern, zusätzlich zum großen Bildschirm vor dem Sofa im Wohnbereich. Stauraum ist reichlich vorhanden, was in spanischen Ferienwohnungen keine Selbstverständlichkeit ist. Strandstühle für die Playa Burriana, erreichbar in 7 Minuten zu Fuß über eine stark abschüssige Straße, sind vorhanden.

Morgensonne über dem Meer auf dem Balkon, Sonnenuntergang über den Bergen durchs Küchenfenster. Zum Ortskern sind wir 15 Minuten gelaufen, kleine Supermärkte und einen Bäcker gibt es in 5 Minuten Entfernung. Das Auto konnten wir direkt vor dem Hochhaus parken, in dessen 5. Stock das Apartment liegt (Aufzug funktionierte zuverlässig). Damit sind Ausflüge in die Weißen Bergdörfer, z.B. Frigiliana und Cómpeta gut machbar.

Besonders gefreut hat uns auch der sehr nette, direkte Mail-Kontakt mit den überaus freundlichen schwedischen Besitzern des Apartments! Herzlichen Dank für das schnelle, unkomplizierte Entgegenkommen bei Fragen an die beiden! Nachbarn im Haus waren meist Schweden, daneben Briten und Spanier, es gab gelegentlich etwas Baulärm aus anderen Apartments und von einer Baustelle in der Nähe, aber das kann natürlich überall passieren und hat unsere Freude über die schöne Unterkunft nicht wirklich beeinträchtigt.

Fazit: eine absolute Empfehlung für Menschen, die das Wohnen im Hochhaus nicht stört und die eine wirklich luxuriöse Ausstattung und einen tollen Blick schätzen! Wir kommen wieder!
