About the property

This 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo brings the comfort and warmth of home to you.

Our beautiful condo provides everything you need to feel like home. There are heated tile floors in both bathrooms and kitchen, in suite laundry and full eat in kitchen. This suite includes two parking spaces in the heated underground garage along with ski storage right at the front door. Our condo has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Bedroom one has a king size bed, attached ensuite, as well as, in room TV. Bedroom two has a queen size bed with large closet. Take a walk along the beautiful Valley Trail to the Sun Peaks village to enjoy the many restaurants and shops Sun Peaks has to offer. We offer a beautiful new hot tub on our balcony to enjoy. Please note the condo is on the second floor therefore the hot tub technician will be going through the condo once a day (If you are not around when they come by, between 10-3, they will use their own door code and tend to the hot tub) to check the hot tub chemicals.

We are a young family located near Sun Peaks, in Kamloops. I am lucky enough to take care of our condo, this includes the cleaning. We bought this condo in 2015 for rental and personal use when available. We enjoy hiking and skiing with our two young boys. We hope if you choose to stay at our condo you enjoy it as much as we do.

So much fun!

This is our second time staying at this beautiful condo. It is very clean and well maintained. It has everything that you could possibly ask for.

We skied for 5 days straight - it was a great ski trip!

Great place to stay!

Cozy and neat!

Than you Stephanie for letting us stay at your lovely place!

The access from garage to the room entrance is convenient. We tried ski out/in, it's great!

The place provides almost everything you need, even 3 types of coffee, several kinda of tea, 3 types of oil, along with plenty of condiments.

The bed is comfy, especially the pillows ( my hubby is fussy about pillow and he almost brought his own with him this time, but he's satisfied eventually).

Hot tub had been a great help to relieve our sore bodies after every ski day.

The only thing bugged us is the slow internet speed. Everything else worked fine for us!

Hope to come back next season!

All expectations exceeded!

Our family of three (14 yr old son) had an amazing stay at Settlers Crossing and host/owner Stephanie is very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The condo exceeded expectations in every aspect and is absolutely better than the photos! How often is one able to say that after booking online for a hotel or VRBO? It is definitely the case in this instance. The ski-in-ski-out location is excellent and everything about the condo unit was perfect. My wife's top requirement for any accommodation is cleanliness and she gave it top marks. The kitchen is well equipped. The hot tub is clean and convenient (on deck). We would definitely come back, and plan to do ust that next spring break! We are regular Whistler-goers but are now Sun Peaks and Settlers Crossing converts! We give it a score of 10 out of 10.
