Offers family-friendly open plan living, new modern kitchen, four bedrooms with air conditioning, two bathrooms and private secluded swimming pool, set in beautiful gardens .

Boasting an idyllic garden for all the family to enjoy, including a swimming pool, alfresco dining shaded by olive and fig trees and areas to play outdoor games. There is also a summer kitchen with bbq.

The swimming pool is 10x4m with easy access steps into the shallow area. There are patio areas at either end to soak up the sun or watch over the family in the shade.

From the garden you access a beautiful naya (covered terrace) with comfortable seating to relax during summer evenings and a dining area that leads off from the kitchen making it perfect for shaded lunches and evening dining, overlooking the Montgo Mountain.

The villa has recently had a spacious kitchen, fitted with facilities to include washing machine, dish washer, microwave oven, electric oven and gas hobs. The kitchen is open plan into the indoor dining and lounge area.

It is a very charming house with typical spanish characteristics such as barrel and beam ceiling and feature stone wall. There is a comfortable sofa where you can relax whilst always having access to the outside naya and gardens. The lounge offers television with English channels and DVD player.

The house is on two floors with master bedroom on the ground floor and double bedroom and two twin bedrooms on the upper floor. There is a bathroom located on each floor. The ground floor bathroom offers wash basin, bath, shower, wc, bidet and on the first floor is a shower room with wc and wash basin.

The house is located in the residential area of Cap Marti. Tranquility is the number one priority in this area and our house is located in one of the calmest areas. IT SHOULD BE NOTED THAT IN JULY/AUGUST BOOKINGS SHOULD START AND FINISH ON A SATURDAY OR SUNDAY.

Phil and Jane are both retired police officers from the UK. The villa is our home and furnished accordingly. During rental periods we take the opportunity to tour France and Spain and visit friends and relatives. Main interests are outdoor pursuits and sports. Javea being the perfect place for both.

Javea is such a beautiful place to be. So many people visit and end up staying far longer than they intended.

Our property is so close to the wonderful Arenal beach and other amenities, such as the old port and pueblo. Yet it remains a quiet and peaceful area. The villa is very open plan and sociable.with lovely views of the surrounding area, Montgo mountain, St Antoni and Javea old town.

Fabulous holiday...perfect setting!

What a fabulous holiday! As two families of four traveling together (children aged 7 and 9) we were looking for a villa that afforded each family privacy but also space that was sociable....this villa did not disappoint. The space was perfect...both inside and out. As it was such a comfortable space we found ourselves eating in more than we have ever done on holiday before. BBQs and late night swimming were perfect (the pool lights up in the evening!) The villa was incredibly comfortable and the air conditioning was welcome. The kitchen is very well stocked with plenty of seating. The villa even has Sky television to watch a movie if you need some time indoors with small children.

The main promenade is not far but as we had hired a car we tended to drive to the shops etc. There is also an Aldi only a few minutes walk alongside a Treats sweetie shop...ideal for some afternoon ice cream. The promenade has a vast array of restaurants to choose from and is bustling with life. We drove out to El Gaucho restaurant one evening....highly recommend!

Evenings in the villa were very relaxed. There is a family of geckos that come out onto the verandah at night. The kids found it fascinating watching them catch insects for dinner. The verandah itself has plenty of soft furnishings to sit on to either curl up with a book or enjoy a good glass of wine. You can see the lights of the promenade from the verandah which were lovely to watch. We even enjoyed a vivid lightening storm one evening!

Overall I would highly recommend this villa. The Drive from Alicante airport was very easy and only around 1.5hours.

It felt like a home from home and is very comfortable. The internal photos do not do the villa is modern, bright and much bigger than I thought!

Enjoy your holiday here! You won't be disappointed.

Lovely villa in a great location - walking distance or a short drive from the beach

Had a great holiday. The villa is lovely, with a nice pool in gorgeous gardens. Very comfortable inside and out. Slept 8 of us comfortably. Very well maintained and clean. The beach at Javea is excellent, with plenty to do for all ages and reasonable restaurants open all hours.

Stayed in June, had an amazing time. Location for the beach, bars and restaurants was great. The villa was a really nice place to stay, it was spacious and comfortable. The swimming pool and gardens are lovely with places to sit in the sun but also shady parts when it gets hot. The views are stunning from the naya and roof top terrace. We thought we would have dined out every night but the villa and gardens are so nice we made the most of relaxing with wine and tapas in the gardens.

We will be back!

Javea offers many possibilities for water sports (sailing, jet ski, canoe, wind surf, diving, etc.), mountain sports and hiking, Karting, little markets, tennis clubs, fishing of all types, ideal for cyclists, excursions all along the coast with lonely caves and coves. Excellent gastronomy with Michelin starred restaurants (Quique Da Costa, a 3 star restaurant is 20 km away), Casa Pepa, a one-star restaurant is 15 km away.

There is a magnificent leisure port where you can take sailing classes and rent boats with or without a skipper if you wish to sail to Formentera and Ibiza. In 2,5 hours you can get to these islands.

It is one of the best areas in Spain to go scuba diving or snorkeling since its flora and marine life is very rich. It is also interesting to see the fishing port when the tuna and the swordfish are unloaded and you can buy your fish there. It is the village which has the biggest number of festivals where you can enjoy the people and their traditions.

For golf lovers, there are two golf courts 15 km away where you can enjoy this sport.

In Javea there is a cinema and 15 km away there is a multiplex and a big shopping mall with shops like Zara etc.

There are equestrian centers where you can go horse riding.

You can rent any kind of boat to see the coves. Javea from the sea has a unique perspective.

There are magnificent trails for hiking that put together mountain, flora and sea with caves (Cueava Tallada). Climb to mount Montgo where the view to the city is unique and from where you can see the island of Ibiza.

In Javea there is an important tennis club with one of the best schools of this sport in Spain. David Ferrer, a top 10 tennis player in the ATP, was trained in this school. Javea is for sure the most attractive town in Costa Blanca.
