About the property

PERFECT HOUSE FOR SMALL GROUPS AND FAMILIES THAT SLEEPS UP TO 8 PEOPLE.

This villa is located in the village of Cala Llonga and have all facilities Such as supermarket, beaches and restaurants on walking distance.

It has four double bedrooms and three bathrooms. All bathrooms Have micro cement finishes and walk-in shower. The main bedroom en suite bathroom you with bath tub and private terrace.

A spacious living room (40m2) and open kitchen (30m2) on the ground floor offer all luxury required for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is equiped with double fridge / freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, induction cooker and ceiling fan.

All wooden furniture inside and outside of house was imported from Bali. The entire house has air conditioning via ceiling.

All queen size bedrooms Have bed, except for the master bedroom has a king size Which bed. All bedrooms Have closets and separate air conditioning.

Exterior of the house Several have terraces With sunbeds and chairs. Big outside dining table sits 8 people for breakfast / dinner. BBQ is provided and ready to be used!

The house has an L-shaped infinity pool of two parts That exists; to higher and shallow part (great for small children) and a lower and deeper part.

Access to the house is via intercom or gate With motorized garage door. Parking can be done of vehicle on the property.

The house is built on a corner plot and has neighboors THEREFORE only on one side.

The house is facing south, so the terraces and pool Have sun all day.

Great house, fantastic host

Just had a week at Ramon's place and it couldn't have been better. A very fresh and clean house having only been built a couple of years ago. Excellent kitchen, living area and also good pool space with shaded dining area, out of the midday sun. Literally 1 minute walk to local supermarket, pharmacy and bottle shop and plenty of local restaurants - although we mainly went further afield. Beach two minutes' walk for those who want to stay in and around the area, although again, we found it easy to go beyond Cala Llonga for beach, boating and sun activities. Amante for lunch is a must and only 1km away. Ibiza town only 20 minutes in a taxi (Taxi rank 1 minute walk from house which was really handy).

Finally, Ramon himself was absolutely fantastic. He kindly picked us up from the airport when we arrived because it coincided with him heading home that night. He was happy to make suggestions at every turn throughout the week and never grew tired of answering our questions on things to do, places to visit. We also had a significant medical issue arise and he was straight onto advising which hospital to go to, after hours on a Sunday. A big thank you Ramon and a big thumbs up.

Ramon & Carolina were amazing from start to finish, very helpful and super responsive. The house is perfect, perfect size, perfect location and perfect for our holiday in Ibiza.

Lovely property, very good value

Ramon was super communicative and responsive, always responding within minutes of receiving an email, and his house was clean, comfortable, well located- just perfect for our party of three couples.

There was a lovely breakfast cafe and supermarket nearby, just a two minute walk from the property. The neighborhood was quiet, and the closed gate parking space was a huge plus, as we were able to easily fit both of our rental cars in.

The home's central air conditioning and wifi worked really well. Ramon was kind enough to provide a well stocked kitchen and in fact provided all of the amenities that we needed for our stay, including extra towels and toiletries.

The one thing to watch out for is the master bedroom, which has its bathroom/shower built into the room such that there is little privacy between those sharing the room. Should be fine for married couples, but perhaps less so for couples that haven't gotten that comfortable with each other yet ;).

All in all, an excellent stay and we'd really recommend his home to others.

Unglaublich schönes Haus mit Pool

Das Haus war unglaublich. So modern, so schick eingerichtet. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche dort und wollten gar nicht weg. Unser Gastgeber Ramon war super nett, hat Tips gegeben, war immer anzusprechen und wir haben uns richtig wohl gefühlt. Kommen sehr gerne wieder!
