This avails the use of Internet TV offering most UK TV channels and those of many European Countries. Also included is a vast array of movie channels to view for the ‘cosy evenings in’! There is also a guest toilet/ bathroom on this floor. Leaving the ground floor area, a staircase leads to the sleeping accommodation with three generously sized bedrooms. The first offering a Double Bed with plenty of Wardrobe storage. With Patio Doors leading to a shared balcony (with Bedroom 2) offering Sea Views of the Mediterranean. This Master also leads to an en-suite bathroom with bath (with shower) over. The second & third bedrooms have single beds and again, plenty of storage. A Digital Safe is located in Bedroom 2. All Linen & Towels area supplied (including Beach Towels) and are change weekly. There is a family bathroom on this floor with bath – with shower over. A Water pump (& thermostat) ensures a generous flow of water especially when showering. This property is located on the corner of the complex and so away from the main noise of the pool area which is 100m away. There is a Kiosk/ Corner shop across the road from the property selling all the essentials for a self-catering holiday. The nearest Bar/ Taverna id 400m from them property and the nearest bus stop (Main Coastal Road) is but 200m. The location is walking distance from the main hub of the 'Kings Road' offering: bars, restaurants, shops and banks. With two of the best restaurants in Paphos close by. A large sized supermarket is only a 5 minute walk from Regina, together with two service stations, cafe restaurant & car hire offices. Paphos boasts an excellent bus service with a stop close by the apartment. Buses run every 30 mins for Paphos Harbour, Water Park, Old Town & Coral Bay.

About Property Manager
My name is Steve and together with my partner David, we have rented apartments in Regina Gardens since 2006. We have always wanted our very own 'place in the sun' so we chose Cyprus due to the continual sunshine throughout the year and the overall charm of the Country. It also helps that English is widely spoken across the island which lends to familiarity. We chose Paphos as it is the main tourist hub with something always going on. We have holidayed here since 2005 and when I was able to retire from the Police, we decided to move here permanently in 2011. We live 10 mins from Regina Gardens and maintain our own & other properties, ensuring a very high standard of cleanliness with attention to detail. We welcome all of our guests personally and provide support throughout the holiday.

Regina Gardens is a lovely complex with a mix of residential properties, holiday homes and rental accommodation. The location is great as it stands off the main road between Kato Paphos & Coral Bay. The coastline here is superb with Blue Flag beaches in Coral & Corallia Bays. A 10 minute walk to the Tomb of the Kings will take you to bars, clubs, restaurants, banks and cafes with a large supermarket close by. There is a cafe/bar just 2 mins from the apartments, serving all-day food and provides Satellite Sports channels to view at leisure. There is an excellent bus service here in Paphos so getting around is no problem and the prices are very reasonable. A lovely coastal walk close by Regina Gardens to the harbour is beautiful, passing many beaches and cafe/bars along the route. We have been slowing building an excellent reputation for providing high quality, spacious and fully equipped properties in which to enjoy your self-catering holiday. Each of our properties are carefully selected to meet the criteria for our guests after 'feedback' provided at the end of the holiday. All our properties benefit from inclusive air-conditioning, Wi-Fi and a reasonable 'paperback' book library for lazing the hours by the pool. Our price includes everything, so there are no additional extras for air-conditioning, save the optional transfers from the airport and a freshly prepared hot meal waiting for you on arrival. For those of you that cannot be parted from your favourite Soap or news program, we have now installed 'Clearstream' Internet UK TV for your entertainment. Regina Gardens resort is located centrally on the main Coastal road between Coral Bay and Paphos Town. With an excellent Bus route adjoining both principal locations, Apollo Guests have the convenience of travelling to both locations and anything in between. The buses are new, clean, fully air conditioned and above all reliable with a service every 15 mins during the summer season. Tomb of the Kings ‘Tourist Hub’ is but a short walk away with its variety of bars, cafes, restaurants and shops. There are many ATM’s located close by for ease of cash withdrawals and Cyprus Banks accept all types of Credit & Debit Cards so there is no need to be traveling with large amounts of ‘holiday’ cash. There are many beaches located close by however the main ‘Blue Flag’ beaches are located at Coral & Corallia Bays which is but a 15 min bus ride away. For guests looking to the full Self-Catering experience, Regina is favoured by having a LIDL Supermarket less than 600m from the complex selling all manner of goods and groceries to make your stay completely enjoyable!
Additional pricing information
Payment is made in two parts: 25% as payment 1 and 75% as second payment. The Security Deposit/ Bond is also added. All guests are required to complete an Apollo Rentals Booking Form once booking is confirmed with Home & Away. Apollo Rentals also offer (as Optional Extras): Airport Transfers with Meet & Greet, Arrival Home Cooked Meal and Late Check Out (for departures after 12pm (Noon). This services/ extras are paid separately on arrival & in local currency. Property managers are Non-Intrusive but will be on hand throughout the holiday. Guests are required to sign a Disclaimer on arrival to negate any responsibility of accidents to Apollo Rentals save the equipment & furnishings within the property which is ‘Apollo’ responsibility. All guests are to respect the Holiday property and look after the furnishings and equipment provided. Any damages must be reported to Apollo management however minor. Any breakages or misuse may be deducted from the Holiday Deposit. A full Laundry Change will be conducted weekly on all bookings made over 10 days.
