About this property

My recently renovated apartment in the beautiful Baia del Silenzio is a window on the sea and is located in a typical Ligurian building.
You will like it for the location, the neighborhood, the outdoor and indoor spaces. It is suitable for couples, families with children and anyone who wants to enjoy a splendid sea view (for children there is a Baby Farma bed for children) and of course there is also the Nespresso coffee machine as well as free WIFI.

If you like walking from Sestri Levante you can find kilometers of hiking trails between sea and mountains with the possibility of local tastings.
The apartment is located 50 meters from the best restaurants and clubs in the area, in the historic center, 5 minutes on foot from the train station to easily reach the Cinque Terre, the Ligurian capital Genoa with its main attractions such as Museums, the Aquarium and the historic Palaces of the Rolli and the renowned Portofino.
The Cinque Terre, Portofino and San Fruttuoso can also be reached by sea by boat from the port which is only 5 minutes away on foot.
Alternatively, from the pier under the house you can embark with the catamaran for exclusive private trips.

Wonderful!

The position of this property is breathtaking. There is a balcony overlooking the Bay of Silence, and watching the sun on the water was a never ending source of pleasure. The facilities are excellent, and the bottle of Prosecco when we arrived very welcome. Alba was an amazing host, and very easy to communicate with via WhatsApp. Do specify how many of the three bedrooms (2 with balconies) you wish to use. Bathrooms fabulous. Restaurants and bars all within walking distance, and a well stocked supermarket with a good meat counter.

Great apartment, fantastic view

From the pre arrival communication to the time at the property Alba couldn't be more helpful. The property was spotless and had everything we needed, including the air con. The best things are the view of the bay and being just metres from the beach. All in all a beautiful apartment with stunning location

Lovely spacious apartment with stunning views

Great location in a charming town

Alba's apartment is the perfect base for visiting portofino to the north and the cinque terre to the south. The view over the Baia del Silenzio from the balcony will stay in your memory forever and watching the sunset over the portofino peninsula from the harbour was delightful. The location is fantastic for all Sestris shops, restaurants and beaches. The apartment itself is spacious and well equipped.
