Our family is from Florida and we are the original owners of this beautiful luxury true ski-in/ski-out home. We decided to buy this special property because of it's incredible location and high end amenities. It is our second Deer Valley property (we also own a town home in the Silver Lake Area of Deer Valley - listing #55322) and an incredible place to stay and enjoy the Deer Valley mountain. It caters to a high end clientele that want only the best. Once you stay here you may not ever want to stay anywhere else.

Why Martin Hering chose Deer Valley Resort
We purchased what we feel is the perfect ski property. You can not get more convenient than our second floor, slopeside corner unit. In the morning the chair lift starts at 8:30 and you walk down one flight of steps or take the elevator to the ski locker room. Our ski locker is the closest to the slopes, only 19 steps from the Silver Buck Ski Run. Ski down about 100 yards and get ready for first track skiing. You will feel like you and your family own the mountain as most people are still at the bottom of the mountain (Snow Park) trying to get up the mountain. What a treat. This is luxury skiing at it's best. After the slopes close and others are struggling with carrying their skis to their cars in the large parking lot in Lower Deer Valley you and your family can enjoy the mountain which is transformed into a snow lovers paradise - sledding, making snowmen, building a fort, meeting neighbors while enjoying a glass of wine or hot chocolate. You can also enjoy the two outdoor hot tubs right outside our property. We also own a town home in the Silver Lake area of Deer Valley (mid-mountain). You can find it on the VRBO site as listing 55322.
What makes this Condo unique
We offer more amenities that any other comparable property. Staying in our true ski-in/ski-out condo is luxury skiing at it's best. You are literally less than 20 steps from the Silver Buck Ski Run which has it's own high speed quad chair lift (100 yards from our condo). After the slopes close enjoy sledding and meeting other families that are staying right on the mountain in the Village at Empire Pass. If you want to go to the many wonderful nearby Park City restaurants or its unique shops or even a trip to the supermarket call the free shuttle service that is available for guests and owners and within minutes a custom Mercedes Van will show up to take you and up to 12 friends and family to your destination. Our home is on the second floor, slopeside corner unit with incredible views of the mountain and beyond. We offer two free daily Deer Valley ski passes when guests book for 7 or more nights.

Amazing Mountain Retreat!
Great mountain-side location. Numerous high end amenities. Perfect for families during the summer and ski season.
The location of our slope-side ski-in/ski-out luxury condo is truly amazing. Summer and fall times are wonderful with the great weather and many fun outdoor activities and during the winter you will find out why Deer Valley Resort has been rated the top ski resort in North America.
Fabulous rental & host!!! We spent 4th of July weekend, absolutely loved it! Can’t wait for snow!!

Magical experience for the whole family!
To be honest, Utah has never been on my wishlist of places to visit..so I was apathetic when my husband arranged this family vacation. I’ve never been so pleasantly surprised!! As our daughter put it, she said it looked and felt like a cross between California and North Carolina. Absolutely magestic! And the place itself could not be more beautiful and comfortable!! They’ve thought of everything! The kids adored the adorable bunk bed room and my husband and I couldn’t have been more comfortable..my husband travels A LOT (and can be a bit picky:) and he said it’s the most well rested he’s felt in long time! The Main Street is adorable..our daughter loved hanging out at Dolly’s book store with the resident cat while my husband and son could play basketball up the road at a beautiful park complete with playground and sand volleyball court..groups of people picnicking and playing volleyball and basketball in shorts, with magestic snow capped mountains in the background! There are so many wonderful restaurants to choose from, in this adorable town (my husband can be a bit picky in that department too:) and we had so many wonderful meals! My husband had intended for us to go in the winter for skiing, but our schedules didn’t allow..and we’re now so glad we got to experience it at this time of year! (June) The weather was a refreshing break from the Florida heat we live in, but not cold. We loved hiking up the mountain right behind our lodge, we hiked high enough for the kids to find some snow to play in yet were comfortable in shorts! We also took the kids horsebacking riding where our guide took us up on top of a mountain, it was so serene and such a beautiful, priceless childhood memory for our kids. There was also a place nearby that had everything you could imagine for summer mountain fun..everything from zip lines, rock climbing, putt putt golf to speed sledding down the mountain! We had such a blast, yet loved spending quiet evenings back at their beautiful place with the fireplace on and playing very competitive board games(which we became addicted to the game “Trouble”:) It was the perfect quality time/family vacation together. There is nothing we can think of that could have made it better, they’ve thought of everything and couldn’t have been more lovely and accommodating! My 11 year old son and one of his friends had a great week in the condo.
Loved the location 50ft form the slops and 25 ft from the hot tub.
Liked having the locker right next to slop.
It is hard to beat the location of being right next to the ski slope, having two direct slope-side hot tubs and your own private ski locker 17 steps from the ski slope. Spend more time on the slope and zero time lugging equipment around. Also, after the slopes close you won't have to be stuck in a parking lot driving back home you can just enjoy sledding, sitting by the slopeside firepit, relaxing in one of the slopeside hot tubs, making a snowman on the side of Silver Buck Ski Run with the children or just having a glass of wine or hot cocoa. There is a reason that our ski-in/ski-out condo is usually totally booked throughout the ski season.

Spring break is an amazing time to visit Deer Valley and our ski-in/ski-out condo. Warmer temperatures, sunny blue skies, and usually fantastic ski conditions. Fun time to also enjoy snowshoeing (very easy to learn and super fun), tubing, sledding, fat tire biking, etc. One thing to consider with visiting during Spring Break is that Deer Valley is one of the few ski resorts that limit the number of skiers on the mountain so it is never crowded.
