The Cottage has its own front and rear entrance, private garden, terrace and mini conservatory. A huge picture window in the main living area frames the garden and hills beyond. There is a double bedroom, bunk bedroom and comfy futon fold out bed in the living area if needed. There is one large family bathroom with a bath, separate shower and heated towel rail. The whole cottage has mediterranean style ceramic tiles and enjoys warmth from underfloor heating and an electric stove for ambience on chilly winter nights! The open plan kitchen is fully equipped and also has a dishwasher and washing machine. There is a mini conservatory accessed via the kitchen which is a wonderful all year round sun trap. For clement days, use the private terrace with outside tables and chairs and a BBQ. Fenced garden with lawn and secure gate.
All bedrooms are tiled, with underfloor heating. Both have ample storage for clothes/personal effects. The double fold out futon is situated in the living room.
