About the property

The house is situated central in the city of Fayence just besides the Saracen-port, and is built as a part of the original town wall. It is in 3 levels and is in a very good condition. You enter the house from Rue des Ramparts and comes in to a new-renovated kitchen. The kitchen containes everything a normal family needs including a washingmashine and room to sit and enjoy your meals. From the kitchen a staircase leeds up to the living room with an open fireplace and the originally beams. There is a sofa/double bed in the sitting room. From the living room you can go out to a yard, where you can sit and enjoy your meals in the sun. On the top floor there is a bedroom with a double bed two fitted cupboard, and the bathroom with a douche and bidet.

About LISBET PEDERSEN

I am born in Denmark where I have lived and worked most of my life. I had my first job in the University of Copenhagen and later I worked in our family company.

A deap passion for art and french culture brought us to France every summer, where we discovered the charming area around Fayence. As we would like to share our love for the area, with friends and others, we bought this house.

We are now living in a farmhouse outside Fayence.

This house is a historical house, besides the old "Port Sarracine", where you can see, how the local defended there village.

There is much light in the house comming from from both sides. Outside the sitting room, there is a nice terrace with a pergola, where you are private. From the terrace you have a beatiful look at the town.

What makes this house unique

Situated in the central part of Fayence with its markedsplace and restaurents.

You can drive to the frontside of the house, behind the house you are in the pedestrian area.

You are just besides the local picine.
