Beautiful chalet situated in the lovely village of Châtel , in the French Alps in the Portes du Soleil , the largest ski resort in Europe.

House description

Ground floor:

Nice big entrance with built in closets and a separate toilet with shower. Beautiful spacious living room with stunning mountain views through the windows. A fully equipped kitchen with all modern appliances. Nice dining area and a big fireplace. Around the entire house is a large balcony.

First floor:

3 very spacious double bedrooms, all 3 with balcony. One bedroom with a twin bed. A fifth bedroom with bunk beds. One bathroom with bath/shower and toilet. Two bathrooms with shower and toilet.

Balcony/Garden: At the big balcony there is plenty of space for children to play, sunbathing or enjoying the beautiful views. The chalet is also located on the south side and lies all day in the sun. You can park 1 car at the parking lot where you also have access to a private garage.

In this beautiful chalet with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms everything is united. The magnificent and south-facing view looking upon the mountains, some pistes and the village of Châtel combined with the comforts of this chalet are a guarantee for a breathtaking experience!

The area is also an ideal place to stay during the summer!! The chalet is located close to the centre of Chatel, the lifts that will take to you mountain bike parks and close to some amazing mountain paths for people who love to walk and enjoy the nature.

With over 650 km of marked pistes and about 200 lifts in total, spread over 14 valleys, Portes du Soleil is one of the two largest ski areas in the world. There are slopes for beginners and for advanced skiers.

During the winter a little ski bus stops almost in front of the chalet. It will bring you in 2-3 minutes to the centre of Châtel. From there you can take the ski lift or you can take the bigger ski bus that will bring you to the other lifts. So a car is not necessary, you can even walk to the centre of Châtel (+-800 metres).

Prachtig huis voor 14 skiliefhebbers

Mooi huis, mooi gelegen. 2 resp. 10 minuten rijden van de skiliften van Chatel. En voor de langlaufers loopt de loipe zowat door de achtertuin. Alle benodigde voorzieningen aanwezig en ook nog een fijne open haard!

Wel bukken voor de keukenlamp ;-)
