Lovely apartment! Great views and location, highly recommended!

Perfect apartment in a very nice place with beautiful views from the windows! Nice big apartment, clean, modern, with plenty of big windows, so lets a lot of light in. The landlord is very nice and helpful and responds very quickly if there is any issues. Definitely highly recommended! Thank you!

My stay in la manga

The apartment was more than I expected the owner was there to meet us he was a perfect host we only had to phone if we needed anything or wanted advice.The apartment had everything you needed it was spotless clean the views were absolutely wonderful I would recommend it to anyone who wants a peaceful winter the only thing I would do next time is have a car but Thank you for a wonderful break

Great value. Excellent host!

The apartment was clean with all the necessary equipment you would need in the kitchen. Excellent access to the beach and fabulous views from all of the balconies. Would definitely recommend and will re-book.

DECEPCIONANTE

PISO: tiene si vista al mar, pero rodeado de palacios y muchos de 15 plantas, asi que mirando por otras ventanas parece de estar en Nueva York, pero sin su encanto. Hay zonas de La Manga mucho mejor para los ojos. Es bastante grande, pero sus muebles son pobres y pasados y necesitaría varios ajustes, así como las comodidades. MAR: el tramo de mar por delante del piso probablemente tiene una corriente que lleva toda la basura del entorno. Aqui llegaron un monton de los atunes despues de la gota frìa y sobre todo un monton de algas, toneladas, que nunca desaparecieron, ni les quitaron (pero en otros sitios de La Manga si....). Como para los ojos, tambien para playa hay sitios mejores en La Manga. Pero lo peor hubo con el dueño. Amable (en whatsapp, porque nunca hemos visto su cara, a pesar de que vive en la zona) si no pasa nada, si hay algún inconveniente el discurso cambia. Si la pregunta es incómoda, ni siquiera te responde. Verdad que llegamos cuando hubo la gota frìa, pero fuera de un hipócrita " lo siento" no supo decir. Ni mostrò su cara para ayudar en las molestias, y aunque sabiendo que habia molestias como el ascensor averiado, por la noche se durmia feliz a pesar que nos cerraron las puertas que se necesitaban para subir con otro ascensor (y que eran tambien salidas de seguridad...). Nos quedamos en el piso 20 dias, 11 dias sin piscina (5 porque el motor era averiado, 6 porque no se limpiò bastante...tengo fotos). Sobre todo 10 dias sin ascensor, a la planta 11. 2-3 dias para arreglar todo, dijo el..despues ni contesto. "Que problema tiene usted?" dijo...solo hay 3 plantas de subir para ir a otro. Bien, eran 3 mas 1 para subir al techo, y despues otras escaleras para bajar. Asi que son 5 plantas de escaleras cada vez que sales del piso y igual para regresar, y son 10. Estas de vacacciones y sales del piso 3-4 al dia, asi que te tocan 30-40 plantas de escalers cada dia (300-400 en 10 dias que el ascensor quedò averiado) con compra, agua, por la noche y sobre todo, con dos personas mayores. Y sin saber cuándo lo arreglarían. En frente a esto, el host simplemente desapareciò. Le pedì por lo menos algo de rembolso por no tener todas las comoditates, como sugerencia de un abogado al que contactè, pero tuvo orejas de mercante, sabiendo que soy extranjero y no me merecìa ir al juzgado. No es mi culpa...dijo. como si esto importara....pero el ha cobrado como si nada hubiera pasado. Los negocios no se hacen asì. NO VOLVERÈ Y NO LO RECOMIENDO.
