This stunning Majorcan townhouse is the perfect home away from home. A traditional Majorcan house on the outside, it has been lovingly and carefully renovated as a family home on the inside, allowing guests to enjoy modern comforts. RV76 is built on three levels, has its own terrace and outdoor pool.

On the ground floor, there is an elegant living room area, which includes a 42 inch TV with free UK channels. This leads through to a gleaming kitchen area with gorgeous fittings and impressive breakfast bar and bar stools equipped with everything even a gourmet chef might want. The kitchen enjoys a lot of natural warm light through large patio glass doors which lead directly onto the charming patio area and private swimming pool. The charming patio is furnished with deck chairs, Weber BBQ and dining table and bench to enjoy al fresco dining.

Upstairs, on the middle floor there are two bedrooms and newly fitted and contemporary shower room. One room is a twin room with fitted wardrobes and private terrace overlooking the pool area and air conditioning, the other a double bedroom with its own juliet balcony and air-conditioning,

On the top floor, and a whopping 60m2, this impressive master bedroom has a bright, welcoming vibe. Furnished with fitted wardrobes, oak flooring, ensuite shower room, kingsize bed and air-conditioning. It also has a lounge area adjacent to the bedroom, with the flexibility to sleep two further guests if required. This floor is ideal for families with young children, with the lounge area is adjoining the bedroom area via a short corridor.

The house benefits with fast internet, fibre optic, 300mb enough speed for your whole family.

The property is the heart of Pollensa a stones throw from an abundance of local cafes and restaurants.

The local market every Sunday morning is also a must to be seen and has a huge variety of great local foods and crafts to explore.

For beach lovers, the main Puerto Pollensa area is just five miles from the house and has pretty gold sandy beaches, clear blue waters and an interesting marina to enjoy.

Nice villa in great location

Villa is in a good location and nicely decorated and we enjoyed our stay. Bedrooms are spacious and air conditioning is good. Living space not designed for 6 people - would suggest 4 as a maximum. Much better suited to adults - not a child friendly villa or pool.

The perfect base!

My girlfriend and I spent an absolutely wonderful week staying at RV76.

From the outset of choosing RV76 we felt that we had struck gold!

The forward information, description and instructions for this special townhouse were clear, accurate and extremely useful.

Upon arrival, all home comforts you could wish for (and more) were available, including a most welcomed chilled bottle of wine, beers and snacks waiting after the easy drive from the airport.

We arrived to discover a fully equipped kitchen with all essentials needed to start our holiday, milk, teas bags, cooking and cleaning essentials had all been thoughtfully provided.

We felt right at home from turning the key in the front door. Nice little touches included beach/pool towels ready and waiting in beach bag, beside the front door.

Situated right in the heart of Pollenca, location couldn't be better, just a few steps to the lovely square and streets littered with lovely restaurants and tavernas. The sleepy town comes to life weekend evenings with a family-friendly atmosphere thronging through the busy square, packed with both tourists and locals alike, Don't worry, no noise whatsoever at night to disturb your peace and quiet.

The house is immaculately clean and wonderfully comfortable.

RV76 is a cool retreat to base your holiday, even if the fully functioning air-con is not enough to cool you, there is always the wonderfully refreshing pool in which to cool off in.

The outdoor space is perfect, with just the right amount of sun and shade to relax and spend the day soaking up the rays. The outdoor space lends itself perfectly to enjoy a meal and a few drinks once the sun has gone down.

The double bedrooms (one with two twin beds) provide ample accommodation, six would be comfortably accommodated in all areas of the house.

The double bedrooms each have their own appeal, we liked the rear bedroom on the first floor benefiting from a balcony overlooking the pool enjoying the last of the sunshine right until sunset.

We had to call the management once for a very minor issue with one of the lavatories, even at the weekend with one call the management company were quick to respond and sought to resolve the issue.

In our opinion as a young professional couple, you cannot fail but fall in love with, or go wrong in choosing RV76.

Fabulous stay

Had a lovely time relaxing in Pollenca, with lots of nice restaurants and bars to spend time in. RV76 is only a short walk from the town square and features a lovely BBQ in the garden by the pool. The property was clean and well maintained with fast internet.

A very nice townhouse

The townhouse in the old city of Pollensa was made and decorated with a lot of love. There are many details giving you the feeling to be at home. The kitchen ist big and all the beds are quite comfortable. Very clean and good maintained. The heating system worked good and we had a very nice xmas time there.
