Overall we found the appearance and layout of the apartment very pleasant.

We would thoroughly recommend this apartment. The location is very close to the airport and to Alicante. Santa Pola itself has many amenities of its own including beaches, shopping and a nice marina area for eating. The apartment has everything you need. The balcony is particularly impressive ideal for breakfast outside. Parking is also easy. We had a bit of an incident with the keys and the owner was most accommodating. He was also willing to welcome us to the property late at night. We would like to thank him for his trouble. Please note there are a couple of loose tiles in the living room and some carbon marks around the boiler which are a bit worrying.

Great location

Nice clean apartment with shared pool and garden area access. Handy for the beach, shops, main road access and the airport. Owner waited for us, our arrival was at 0200 hours.

We had a great time. The owner was very helpful. The accommodation was comfortable and homely. The pool was lovely. The balcony was great too. Nice and shady.

Appartement en bon état et propre. Terrasse agréable avec lolie vue sur mer

Notre séjour du 10/01 au 15/02/18 s'est bien passé au gré des aléas climatiques

L'appartement s'est révélé adapté au séjour hivernal prolongé de personnes agées

Le propriétaire présent et disponible est remarquablement éfficace pour régler les petits

problèmes éventuels.

En particulier il a fait installer une antenne satellite pour nous permettre de recevoir les

chaines françaises ( nous avions apporté notre décodeur canalsat )
