The ground floor of contains a full size sauna, across the hall is a further bedroom with a double bed.
The first floor of the West Wing features a Double Bedroom containing 2 single beds with views over the front garden and en-suite.
A small landing gives access to the Billiards room which houses a full size snooker table.
The outdoor space is set in 1 acre of private gardens and comes complete with an outdoor swimming pool and Hot Tub. Please note that an outdoor pool in Scotland is subject to the variances in the weather which are outside of our control. (For example excessive rainfall will make the pool cloudy and perhaps change colour). Due to this we normally use the pool cover from October to late May. If the use of the pool is important to you please bear this in mind before booking.
Our property is set in a residential area and we need to be mindful of our neighbours and the noise levels created. Our walls are 3ft thick so as long as the windows are closed any noise in the house should stay in the house! We've had issues with previous guests leaving windows and doors opened whilst blasting music which is not acceptable in any environment, especially in the evening.
In line with local planning and police both our home and fellow holiday lets have agreed an outside noise curfew at 9pm and would ask you to respect this at all times.
