Luxury apartment with mountain views and partial view of the sea

Located just 40 minutes drive from Malaga Airport, a beautiful and peaceful location, yet only 10 minutes drive from the glitzy Puerto Banus and the traditional Spanish town of San Pedro and 15 minute drive to the scenic town of Benahavis. Surrounded by mountains and well tended tropical gardens within a 27 hole golf complex, this course is accessible to all guests and is split between 3 nine hole golf courses. Our guests also have the exclusive use of the golf club, restaurants and spa, which is located within a 5* hotel complex on the resort.

There is an exclusive communual secured gated pool within 1 minutes walk from the apartment.

The apartment has its own car parking space, opposite the entrance and the apartment can be accessed by lift or stairs.

Beautifully furnished with marble floors throughout, it has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped Bosch kitchen with all the modern amenities you have at home, including an Nespresso coffee maker. There is also a separate utility/laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer, together with butler sink.

The living room has a beautiful six seater corner sofa bed and a new internetSmart TV system, which also offers free WI-FI. There is also a dining table and chairs which can accommodate six people.

The living room and master bedroom both lead out onto the south-east facing balcony which overlooks the beautiful gardens, where you can enjoy soaking up the sun during the day, or relaxing in the evening enjoying some tapas and your favourite tipple! In addition, there is a 6 seater table for al fresco eating.

The apartment is fully air conditioned (hot and cold).

Towels (bath and beach) are included, as well as quality bed linen and duvets.

Why Vicki & Alan chose Benahavís

Set in the tranquil setting of a well maintained golf resort this apartment is in the traditional Andalusian style, white washed walls yet with all the contempary luxuries. My recently refurbished apartment has for example a Wi-Fi, Smart TV, Nespresso coffee making facility. As it's South East facing you can enjoy the early/midday sun on the terrace and enjoy watching the sun set over the mountains in the evening.

What makes this apartment unique

Far enough from the madding crowd, yet only 10 minutes from glitsy Puerto Banus with its famous port and designer shops. 15 minutes from the old quarters of Marbella where you will find the Orange Square, a traditional part of Marbella with lovely restuarants and bars set amidst orange trees and then there are the golden beaches of Marbella. 10 minutes from the traditional town of San Pedro and its fantastic local cafes and quaint old square. 15 minutes drive up the gorge and into the spectacular town of Benahavis. 15 minutes from the picturesque and charming resort of Estapona.

Home from home.

Beautiful apartment in a lovely area and very secure. Care hire is a must as it's so easy to drive from the locations to different area especially the old town Marbella. Apartment has a lovely clean airy feel to it and furnished to a high standard. I felt that I was staying in my friends apartment!!! Will definitely be returning.

Perfect and Luxurious

We had an amazing short stay here and felt like we were staying in a luxury hotel. All the furniture and finishings were to a very high standard and the beds extremely comfortable. The apartment had everything you needed and more and the balcony, with dining table and comfortable sofa set, had lovely views. The communal pool is only a one minute walk and was never overcrowded when we were there in peak season. We would definitely recommend.
