This beautifully furnished home is located in the Millbrook section of Fiddler's Creek and was completed in 2015. This custom designer home with a tropical feel awaits you with all the comforts of a private retreat. This home is a spacious 2250 sq. ft of living space featuring a living room, dining area, den, 3 bedroom/2 bath, screened lanai with private pool and spa, custom BBQ and outdoor dining area.

As you enter the home, you are greeted with dramatic coffered ceilings, customer woodwork, gorgeous floors, granite counter tops and custom painting. The open and well stocked gourmet kitchen with breakfast bar overlooks the living area, featuring a 70” TV and sliding glass doors that lead to the screened lanai area and pool. The backyard overlooks a canal with privacy at its best. The large master suite includes two walk in closets, double granite vanities, soaking tub and separate shower area. The two additional bedrooms feature a queen bed and two double beds that share a beautiful tile and granite bathroom. When you want a little quite time, settle into a private den that features a wrap around seating area with a 60" TV (picture soon to follow). A utility room with washer and dryer is adjacent to the attached two car garage. The luxury home is equipped with careful chosen essentials from fine linens, plush towels and a beautiful outdoor dining area with lounge chairs.

Fiddler’s Creek is a private gated community and offers amenities comparable to many world-class five star resorts. The 54,000 sq ft clubhouse includes a spa, fitness center, multi pool lagoon complex with waterfalls, slides, a gazebo-shaded whirlpool, children’s pool and a 400 ft boardwalk that overlooks Fiddler’s Creek Lake. Optional Spa and Pool Membership transfer fee of $500 by lessor. Poolside beverages, towels and chairs are available as well as the Gator Grill, an outdoor dining area by the pool. Within the club house is Caxambas restaurant, modeled after the Great Gatsby era of the 1920’s.
