3 Bedroom, 2 Bath With Large Yard And Partial Water Views

This is an old-fashioned Orient home with 3 bedrooms and 1 bath upstairs and kitchen, living room, dining room, sun room and 1 bath downstairs. It will sleep not more than 6 people. Half the garage is available and it has a washer and dryer. It has partial water views and is within walking or biking distance of the Country Store and Post Office, Latham's Farmstand and the beaches and the Yacht Club. The yard is large and open.

This home has been in the family for over 50 years and although it is funky and not fancy, we love it and we go to Orient each year to see family, friends, bike and swim and relax.

Spacious getaway in quiet location

This home is located right off the water on a very quiet street. There is plenty of outdoor space to enjoy, as well as a large home with plenty of room for family, friends, or guests. This home is located quite well to be able to get to and see all of the sights nearby. Its only a short walk to the General Store, or to the beach. A short car ride will get you to Greenport, Southhold, or any of the Vineyards. There is ample parking for multiple cars, as well as a garage. This home would ideally suit families who need a little more space as there is plenty of room for the kids to have space to play and you to still have some calmness! The owner was very attentive when any issues arose, and corrected them swiftly. She also communicated well throughout the entire process. This is a lovely older home, with the character and charm that can be expected with one.
