Desert Willow Condos located at 283 West Williams Way in Moab, UT

Come visit our newly constructed modern condo in the Center of Moab.

It is 2 Blocks off Main Street and is within walking distance to down town restaurants and local shops.

It is a 1500 sq. foot Twin home.

It has 3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms and sleeps 6 people.

There is 1 King Bed in master suite with 32" flat screen TV.

The master suite is located on the 2nd floor and has hickory hardwood floors, connected to a reading loft.

The master bedroom has a large walk in closet.

It has very large bathroom with travertine shower, soaking tub, and granite vanity.

On the main floor there are 2 bedrooms with a Queen bed and 32" flat screen TV in each. These bedrooms share a bathroom that has a travertine walk in shower and granite vanity.

We provide linens.

The kitchen has granite countertops, granite island, and stainless steel appliances.

We provide kitchenware.

It has an open design and has vaulted ceilings.

The living room has a 50" Flat Screen Smart TV.

The living room and kitchen open to a huge sliding glass door, that connects to the private back patio.

There is a BBQ and patio set.

We also have a separate dining room that seats 6.

There is a standard size Washer/Dryer with iron, ironing board, detergent and dryer sheets.

We have a 2 car carport with a large locked bike/gear storage at the back.

Clean, welcoming, convenient

Really loved this home, and the owner was helpful and welcoming without being intrusive. Sometimes at VRBO's you have the feeling like you're intruding, you know, like the owner is the other side of the fence spying on you? And others can be cold and unwelcoming like you'll be charged $1.95 if you leave a hand towel dirty. This was the perfect in between, more like you have a kindly relative with a real nice home willing to share it while totally leaving you to your privacy. It was very nicely appointed, smart TV already hooked up to netflix, etc., nice assortment of kitchen utensils and spices, etc.

On first drive in, seeing the nearby mobile home we were a little nervous, but the duplex itself is quite private and quite upscale. It was immaculately clean, and the storage area by the carport was a nice extra so we had a safe spot to store luggage rack and coolers, etc. We had different neighbors different nights but never heard them through the wall. This will be the first place we check for availability next time we're in Moab. We even extended our stay.

For a family of 5 there was plenty of room. Very clean. The pictures don't lie, I give 5/5! The unit is just a block or two from Main Street Moab action. We will definetly try and stay there again! ...The Ken Caryl Gang

The house was immaculate, well equipped, and quiet.

The duplex-like house was extremely clean, with great, new appearing fridge, DW, W/D, and TV'S. Wireless worked well. The master suite was up a somewhat steep staircase, while 2 queens were in first floor. We could easily walk the few blocks to the funky town of Moab, and were an easy 15 minute drive from gorgeous Arches National Park. The host was quick to respond to questions and booking, although we never had the pleasure of meeting. Clear instructions were on the fridge and we wanted for nothing!

Great property -perfect for our family

This condo is completely renovated. Very clean, perfect for a family of 4 or 5. The condo had everything we needed to make our trip very comfortable. It is about a 10 min walk to the main street in Moab. Seems like it was recently renovated as everything appeared to be brand new or gently used. Would def. recommend this property!

Beautiful and modern Condo in Moab

We stayed for a week in this condo in Moab and it was fantastic. It is a spacious 3 bedroom apartment with a large master bedroom and ensuite on the mezzanine level. The condo is week equipped and beautifully furnished. It is in easy walking distance of Main Street where most of the restaurants and shops are and a 5 minute drive to the entrance of Arches National Park. The outside space isn't large but is ample for 6 to sit around the patio table and has a large BBQ.

Would thoroughly recommend staying here.

Great property in a great location

We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return. Communication with the owners was great before, during, and after the stay. The property was in a convenient location and was very nicely furnished.
