Newly Renovated, luxurious retreat with 2 Beds, 2 Baths and Sofa Sleeper

This modern mountain condo was completely renovated in 2015 by a custom home builder. The exterior was fully remodeled in 2016 as well. This unit has two well-appointed bedrooms, a pull-out sofa bed and two baths. You will feel pampered with the amenities and level of finish on this treasure. The almost 1200 SF ground floor unit is a 5 minute walk to Peak 9 Quicksilver Chair and Maggie Pond and a 7 minute walk to town. If you don’t feel like walking, the free shuttle stops in front of the complex.

The master bedroom has a pillow top queen bed with luxurious linens, a new gas fireplace in a modern tile surround and a flat-screen TV. The second bedroom also has a pillow top queen bed. Additionally, the sofa in the living room has a queen pull out memory foam mattress.

The tile entry has a built in bench for shoes and coats, as well as a tile wall with an area to hang skis and boards.

The bathrooms feature custom tile work, glass shower surrounds, comfort height elongated toilets, granite tops, high end toiletries and plush towels to pamper you during your stay.

The kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, including double ovens for any cooking scenario and a refrigerator with ice maker. The granite sink, quartz countertops, subway tile backsplash and European frameless cabinets will feel like a dream while preparing drinks or appetizers as you unwind after a great day in Breckenridge. The kitchen is well-equipped and organized with everything a real cook needs to whip up gourmet goodies.

The open-concept living area has a dining table that seats 8 and opens into the living room that has a gorgeous tile wall which features a stunning linear fireplace, large wall-mounted flat screen TV and custom wood shelves below.

About Chaundra Toussaint

It has been a dream of ours to own property in Breckenridge and we took the plunge in late 2014. Being custom home builders, we wanted to take a diamond in the rough and make it sparkle. It has been a fun, yet painstaking experience to strip it down and bring it back up. We live in Colorado Springs and plan to use it whenever it's not rented.

We loved the location and proximity to everything in Breckenridge. The smaller nature of the complex and the fact that it's a ground level unit appealed to us as well.

What makes this condo unique

The spacious square footage of this condo gives it a really comfortable feel. The first time we walked into the unit, we had to look past all of the outdated and worn items to see the gem it truly is. It was so much fun picking out the finishes in this to make it sparkle like we knew it would!

We'd stayed in the complex before and this unit was smaller than the last one, but worked perfectly for our group. Clean, close to the ski bus, parking was easy. Nice updated place!

The condo was located in a great spot for walking to the ski mountain and was very easy to get in and out with the keypad. The inside of the condo was beautiful and nicely decorated. Overall a great place to stay!

Better location than expected!!!!

This is a very nice 2 bedroom and 2 full bath. The bedrooms and one bath were downstairs and the kitchen, living, dining, and the other bath is upstairs. The place was very clean. The entrance was on the ground floor so that was a huge plus by not having to go up many flights of stairs like some other units. I would have given this 4.5 stars (if possible) if the kitchen pots and pans weren't so warn out and in my opinion sparse. If you are cooking for 4-6 then it is a little difficult for cooking and serving meals. The decor was beautiful and it has two fireplaces. The TV is a decent large screen. It is walking distance to the mountain and that takes about 10 min with carrying skis and is either flat or down hill. We took the free shuttle (the brown route/pk 9) back from Beaver area to avoid the walk up. The shuttle drops off about a 1 minute walk away and picks up across the street. You can definitely walk back and forth from Main Street too which we did many times. The walk to Main Street/in town is about 5 -10 minutes. I would rent again.

Wonderful place in Breckenridge

The condo was just as it was described and looked on VRBO. It was clean, modern, comfortable and in a great location. It was enough space for a family of five. The kitchen was well equipped. The bathrooms were good size and the showers were warm right away. It was a quick walk to the base of peak 9, so perfect for skiing. Also, it was only about a 5 minute walk to Main Street. It was nice to have a parking spot. Would definitely book it again when we return to Breckenridge.

Peak 9

This condo has easy access to the slopes two ways. You can go left out of the unit and follow the trail to the base of Peak 9, which is a 6-7 minute walk, or you can catch the shuttle in front of the parking lot across the street. The shuttle picks up every 1/2 hour.

Main street shopping is an easy stroll from the condo as well.

If you walk out of the parking lot and go right on Lances West, there is a picnic and catch/release fishing area about a 5 minute walk up on the right. You can drive to it too.
