About the property

Relax and enjoy this 1975 sq. ft. condo overlooking the sugar sand beaches and emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Featuring 3 large bedrooms and 2 baths, your home away from home features an expansive balcony that captures 180 degree views of beach, pool, and watercolor sunsets.

We completed a floor to ceiling renovation in 2015 and are very excited to share it with you. The large open living and dining room that extends out to the balcony offers lots of seating options and room to spread out. Just check out all the pictures! We have included beach service, a pair of chairs and umbrella for the length of your stay.

Although we advertise on VRBO, we pay The Dunes Management so our guests can have immediate on-site response for any problems. No waiting for an owner to respond from miles away. The maintenance staff are excellent and respond to needs extremely fast if something is needed.

The Dunes of Panama Resort includes: 5 buildings, 3 ocean front pools with tables and chairs for relaxing and lounge chairs for sunning, poolside beach store and snack bar 'Sud Weezers' offers options for drinks and lunch, outdoor barbeque areas where the aroma of grilling burgers mixes with the salty air, 2 lighted tennis courts, shuffle board, basketball, beach volleyball, ample parking, game room and workout facility. The property is beautifully landscaped, provides a manned gatehouse, and is patrolled by security 24/7.

Let's not forget 1500 feet of private beach frontage with other amenities including: beach chair rentals, jet ski rentals, and para-sailing opportunities.

There is so much to do right on your doorstep, explore St Andrews state park, visit shell island, swim with the dolphins or grab a cold drink and put your hiney in the sand. It's all right here!

Why Craig and Susan Wilson chose Gulf Lagoon Beach

We looked for a vacation home at the beach for a long time. We wanted a place where friends and family could gather. A place where our children and grandchildren can build memories as they grow. Dunes of Panama has everything that we look for in a vacation home. It's easy to be active or just relax right here at the resort. There's a poolside drink and snack bar with pools that overlook the beach so it's easy to move back and forth. Places to enjoy nature and really good restaurants are very nearby. Something to do for all different ages is either on site or close by. We think it has everything you could want to have a great vacation.

What makes this condo unique

Our favorite think about the condo is the enormous balcony. It wraps around the entire length of the condo and has access from the Living room, Dining room, and all the bedrooms. The 2nd master even has a private balcony!

The perfect getaway for 3 families

We had 10 family members in the condo and had more than enough space. We loved that every room not only had a great view of the ocean, but every room had balcony access!

The kitchen was well equipped with everything you could need.

The entire condo was well updated and looked beautiful and welcoming!

This was our first stay at the Dunes. We were very pleased with all the community areas and the location of the Dunes.

We plan to stay with Craig and Susan again in the future.

They were great through the entire booking process. Checkin was super simple. Every aspect of the trip was perfect. And the handwritten thank you card we received in the mail was a perfect touch!

Second time to stay in Pelicans Perch

This was our second time to stay in Craig and Susan's condo. I didn't think that is was possible but, I think we loved it more this time. What a beautiful place, so roomy, clean and so well stocked. We have up to 30 people that stay in other condos in this building, during this same time, and once again we won the condo lottery. Can't wait until next year.

Very nice place to stay

reservation 100% of the Security Deposit will be refunded, 2) If tenant cancels reservation after 7 days but before 60 days of reservation check in date tenant shall be charge a cancellation penalty of $175.00 and 3) If tenant cancels reservation within 60 days of reservation check in date tenant shall forfeit 100% of the entire security deposit as a cancellation penalty.
