This beautiful apartment has 1 room and 1 bath (Studio style) and offers spectacular, views of Zion Canyon. The apartment will sleep 3 adults. The room is newly furnished in 2015, 1 king size bed and 1 fold down full size euro lounger/futon, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker.
There is a second apartment available at the same location which offers a full kitchen and identical sleeping arrangements. If booked together the apartments will accommodate 6 guests. (2 king beds, 2 futons) Check availability of both apartments prior to booking if you require both apartments for your group.
Located only 0.1 mile from the southwest entrance of Zion National Park! A short walk across the street takes you into the park and the visitor center, the nearest shuttle stops are located next door and across the street. Walk to great shops, art galleries, fabulous Zion National Park and CHARMING Springdale, Utah. The apartment has a private residential entrance located on the second floor above a Subway restaurant and coffee shop.

It is also one of fastest growing tourist destinations in the United States, with 4 million people visiting Zion National Park each year. Photographers flock to the area year round to capture the beauty of the area.
During the months of March-October, the free Zion Canyon Shuttle stops just steps away from the property. The shuttle stops at nine locations in Springdale and nine locations in Zion National Park, so you never have to use your car during your stay!
Drives to Bryce Canyon, The North Rim of Grand Canyon, Lake Powell and Cedar Breaks are a short distance away.

Nice and clean unit and very short walk to the park entrance and several good restaurants are the main advantages of staying here. The downsides are cost and lack of flexibility to make changes in your stay, very few amenities in the unit (no shampoo and minor toiletries, coffee for the maker and other needed staples), strong food odor in the entrance and apartment hallway, pest poison and traps as you enter the back of the Subway to get access to apartment stairs. If you are 100% sure of your dates and want to be very close to the park entrance this unit is for you. However with the great Springdale bus shuttle system to the park there are many other good options as well.
Just a walk away from the entrance to the park and the shuttle. You can park right there. Walkable to restaurants and grocery store or shuttle shops into town. Over a Subway shop so great for grab and go. Couldn't believe it was so quiet! The space was great, a couch to look out at the magnificent view and very comfortable bed. Microwave, small frig and coffee maker perfect for quick breakfasts before hiking. Only complaint was not much in the way of utensils and plates, bowls etc. A coffee maker needs cups!
We had a great time during our stay! Affordable, clean room, nice view of canyons, super convenient access to the Visitor Entrance (shuttle stop #1) - it is literally right across the street. Not having to deal with traffic/parking was the best part. After what felt like a million hours of hiking, while everyone else had to transfer to another shuttle to get to their accommodations, we could get right off the main shuttle and walk less than 5 minutes back to our room. There were also multiple dining options within walking distance. There is a small convenient store at the Visitor Entrance if you need to pick up anything. The bed was comfortable, room had a fridge and microwave. Jack and his father were quick to respond to all of our questions. They were also easily accessible if needed. The wifi here worked well for our laptop but for some reason we had trouble with connection to our cell phones. We also could not get the TV to work but that didn't matter to us. I'm sure if we had said something, they would have helped us. We were lucky to find this place and would definitely stay here again!
Clean and comfortably furnished. Unbeatable proximity to the park, restaurants, brewpub. Nice views.
Somehow I hadn't realized that it was the second story over a Subway, which was somewhat deflating but we got over it. The noise wasn't bad. It was just that Subway smell -- mostly in the hall leading to the apartment.
A saving grace was a coffee shop downstairs.
This property was clean and comfortable, and we could just walk across the street to Zion during the 4 days we were there. The views from windows were beautiful. Jack, the owner, was pleasant and very helpful. I would suggest that he provide utensils for guests who may want to eat in the room, instead of going out every night. There was a microwave, fridge, coffee pot and paper plates. People should know there is no television reception. I would recommend this property as a comfortable and convenient place to stay! Regarding restaurants, Meme's Café had a good menu and excellent service and food.
Location, location, location! My husband, our 6 month old baby and I had the most wonderful time here. We wake up, smelling fresh baked breads from Subway below and fresh brewed coffee. Eating breakfast with a view of the park. The room is well cared for and furniture are in great shape. Plenty of drawer space! The king sized bed was very comfortable and a dream to sleep on after a long day of hiking. The room size is big enough to fit another couple or a couple more kids. It is a skip and hop from the Zion Visitor Center and walking distance to many eateries. Grab a sandwich downstairs and start your day! I have no complaints but would have liked to have some shampoo and conditioner. I would love to come back!
