My family enjoyed this charming craftsman-feeling home. Teenagers liked their own room and Netflix/WiFi perks. We all liked having the option of cooking our own meals or snacks whenever we felt like it. Husband and I loved the walkable access to falls park and shopping and wonderful restaurants. Would definitely stay again.
We enjoyed staying in Alex and Naomi's house. Everything was just as described. Very comfortable. We enjoyed our weekend knowing we could bring our 2 dachshunds with us. This location is perfect for the downtown area in Greenville. Just minutes away from everything there! We would stay here again anytime!
I was very pleased with Alex and Naomi's house. The house had a great open layout and was very clean. The parking spots behind the home were very convenient! During our stay, we opted to take Uber to get around town and we never had to wait more than 5 minutes for a driver. I would highly recommend this home as a place to stay in Greenville. I look forward to booking again the next time I'm up from Charleston. Alex and Naomi were very helpful through the entire process and were very hospitable and professional.
My three friends and I had a great stay and all would recommend this property and would stay here again for a future visit. We came for the weekend to attend the Clemson football game and were told that Greenville was the happening place and it didn't disappoint. The listing accurately states that the house is in a transitional neighborhood as it appears to be right on the line of new and old Greenville. It looks like a lot of work went into remodeling the house and it is very clean and comfortable. Alex is incredibly responsive and accommodating. My questions were usually answered within the hour.
This property is as described. By "transitional neighborhood" is meant an older neighborhood that is being refurbished and updated, primarily as rental properties (or so I was told). The home is charming and serviceable. Alex-Naomi provided all the standard staples. The coffe was a better brand of beans and/or ground. There was a fresh half and half in the fridge with some standard condiments and a 12 pack of small bottled waters (nice touches). The beds were clean and comfortable and there was a good supply of matching towels for both bedrooms. It appears to have been freshly painted and there was no dirt or dust to be found. The bathroom tub and shower combo were very clean. My only reason for not giving a five is that the neighborhood did not appear the safest and I had to spend the first two hours establishing the safety of the neighborhood (but to be fair my significant other is very cautious, working in Memphis). My brother who is a local assured us we were in no danger there. A drive around the surrounding neighborhood and waking up to find a patrol car parked on the property all let us know we were in a safe place. We were about 30 minutes late getting out due to the dryer taking longer than expected but Alex was gracious even thigh he had another renter coming in the next 3 hours. All-in-all I would recommend and enjoyed our stay very much.
Clean, comfortable, and conveniently located in Greenville (minutes to downtown). Alex and Naomi were great communicators which made the check-in and check-out process very easy. I would definitely stay here again!
