This was our first time vacationing at IOP. Your place was excellent and very nicely decorated and laid out for a 3 bedroom condo. We had ample room for our family. We especially loved the ocean front view and having the outside porch and patio was a plus. Especially since it had its own private staircase leading directly to the pool and access to the beach. When returning from the beach, you never had to go on the elevator to get inside your condo with the outside stairs as an option. We really loved your condo. I would recommend it for vacation rentals at IOP.

Very nice condo, better than the pictures

We really liked the location and the condo. The decor was nice and updated and fully equipped with a nice porch to sit and enjoy the ocean. Short stroll to the beach. Only drawbacks at the music next store every evening and parking for friends visiting is difficult and scant. Owner was quickly responsive to a small problem. We would return!

Great condo

The condo is really nice with little touches that were wonderful like lots of hangers in the closets, place to stow your beach gear outside near the walkway to the beach and a mulched area for our dog’s “breaks” with handy disposable bags. Only downside, which others may like, is that it is directly next to Coconut Joes and the public beach access. We had to move down the beach some to get away from the heavy crowds. The live bands were enjoyable to listen to from the balcony but if you want privacy this is not the condo for you. If you love being close to the action then this condo is perfect.

Coconut Joe's next door

The property was excellent! Everything we expected. However, Coconut Joe's an open air rooftop bar and grill is next door. They play live music nightly 6-10:30. For this reason we would not stay there again. Love Isle of Palms!

Just what we wanted

I needed a place with no stairs, a balcony and ocean views. This was it. It was a bit cool during our stay, but otherwise no issues. Mom and dad enjoyed the band next door, except the reggae band, but the music stopped by 10:00pm (or earlier). Island of Palms is a very nice island.

Gorgeous beach, the private pool, and the beach access area are directly off the back side of this building.
