The Moorings offers contemporary open plan living and is perfectly located in the popular Downalong area of St Ives with parking. Nestled between the Porthmeor and Porthgwidden beaches. Tate Gallery, harbour and beaches are only a minute away. The perfect place for a relaxing family holiday.

The spacious open plan lounge with large flat screen TV/DVD, dining and kitchen offers light airy accommodation for all the family to enjoy.

The kitchen is fully fitted with electric oven, halogen hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer with dining table for eight. The washing machine/tumble dryer is located in a cupboard off the kitchen. Master bedroom with TV has a shower en-suite and is also located on this floor.

Downstairs the newly refurbished bedrooms offers versatile sleeping arrangements with a double bedroom which can be organised as a kingsize bed or twin room (two single beds).

The family suite also offers a double bed and bunk beds. The family bathroom with both/shower is on this floor.

There is a door leading out onto a shared courtyard where a table and chairs are provided.

Infants are well catered for with travel cot and a fitted stair gate which is located at top of stairs.
