A light 2 bdr apt & LARGE balcony Quiet location just beside Villamartin Plaza.

Casa 55 This is our completely remodeled apartment in a perfect location VERY close to bars, golf courses and the sea. Located on the second floor in a gated complex with a huge terrace overlooking the surrounded garden and quiet pool area. The apartment It consists of an amerivan style kitchen with a bar desk, a living room with a big flat screen tv (Most european channels), two bedrooms and one full bath. The living room opens up out to the terrace facing the inner yard of the complex.
Out here you is a dining table for four people with reclining chairs and also sun bed for those who prefer that. The terrace is facing straight south which means sunshine aaaaaaall day long. If it gets to warm you can always make use of the parasoll that gives you comforting shade, especially in those summer moths. The apartment also has: AC, ceeling fans in every room, wifi included, Smart-TV with radio, washing machine, hair dryer, microwave oven, toaster, coffe maker bed linnen and towels supplied, etc. Location Right across the street (about 100 m from the apartment door.) you find both Villamartin Plaza and Villamartin golf course. The Plaza is a very popular meeting place for people who wants to have a nice dinner or just visit one of the many bars or cafes. During the evening in the summer months there are shows and events every night in the center of the plaza for everyone to enjoy. You can find about 30 restaurants, bars and cafes here, just 100m from the apartment. It also contains a supermarket, a dentist and many other smaller stores and services. Villamartin golf course is also a very popular and well known golf course with a good mix of both challening holes and beautiful views. If this isnt enough you have two more great course within a five minute car drive (Campoamor and Las Ramblas) And if this still isnt enough you have about 10 more courses within a 25 km radius. Even with all of these services and attractions just around the corner the apartment and terrace is extremely calm and quiet since it is facing the yard and pool inside the community. As mentioned there is a community pool shared by the 14 apartments in the house. It has a child section that is divided from the bigger pool wich is about 2 meters at its deepest point. The pool is usually very quiet with almost no people using it which gives it a more private feel than many others.If you are more of a beach person you are not out of luck! Within a 5-10 minute drive you can reach 10+ beaches and coves to enjoy. Just find your personal favourite and you are all set... If you like shopping you are also in a perfect spot. 3 km south of Villamartin you will find Zenia Boulevard with about 150 shops with everything you can wish for and several good restaurants. There is also a lot of weekly markets in the area if that is something you enjoy. Transportation A car is recomended if you plan to go sightseeing or beachhopping, If you decide not to have a car there is a taxi stand and a bus stop just outside the apartment ready to transport you pretty much wherever you want to go. If you would like to book a transfer to and from the airport this can also be arranged. The ONLY additional fee is a final cleaning fee of 55€ that is paid to the property manager when getting the key. EVERYTHING else is included. We hope you will enjoy your vacation in Villamartin. According to us this is the perfect apartment. The biggest plusses are the big terrace and the location. Walking distance (100m) to several great restaurants and first golf tee. Still it is very quiet and you never get disturbed by any noise or traffic sounds.It also has great options for people that like to go hanging out on nice beaches or go shoopinng during their vacations.

Simply Perfect !

I am so pleased i booked this apartment as it lived up to all of my expectations. Right from the beginning the owner was helpful as we had not been to the area before. Any queries or questions were answered very quickly and throughtout our stay i was reassured that I could contact them if i needed too. Firstly you enter up 1 flight of stairs which have a security gate on and along a corridor which leads you to the front door. The kitchen is equiped with enough for a holiday stay although we did not cook in the apartment as there as so many restaurants just a few minutes walk away. The living room has a L shaped sofa that is really comfortable and when we wanted to watch TV there were enough english channels to keep us occupied. There are two lovely sunloungers on the patio to catch the sun which overlooks the communal pool. Both bedrooms have the most comfortable beds ever !!!! The decor is modern and no expense has been spared when they prepared this apartment. The apartment is just a few strides away from the Plaza Square where you can find all kinds of restaurants (Indian/English/Scandinavian/Fish & Chips/Pizza/Steak and many more. A supermarket just across the road has enough essentials to get you by but just a few minutes away in the car there are many major supermarkets. We did not go for the golf but this apartment is perfect if you do. Zena Boulevard is just around 5 mins away in the car where you can spend many hours shopping and eating (some great restaurants). Parking is free in the carpark which is underneath the shopping area. We parked our hire car at the front of the apartment and it was fine. We used this apartment whilst looking around for a property to buy and found it to be in the perfect location for this. We loved our stay in Casa 55 so much so that we have booked to go back in April for 8 nights. You will definitely not be dissapointed if you book this apartment. Happy Holidays !

Fantastic Apartment

A fantastic apartment in an ideal location...a stones through from the Plaza but very peaceful...the terrace is a real sun trap and a real bonus for this apartment as most only have a balcony...the furnishings are first class and well maintained...Jesper is excellent to deal with and always easy to contact, this is our second rental from him and couldn’t recommend highly enough...Absolutely first class.

Perfekt lägenhet för golfare !

Mycket trivsam och bekväm lägenhet med perfekt läge för golf och mat.

Golfbanan inom synhåll från den trevliga terassen med plats för sol och frukost.

Middag äts lämpligen på VillaMartin Plaza som ligger 100 meter från lägenheten.

Prova gärna på den utsökta restaurangen Che, mycket god söndagslunch.

Lägenheten var mycket smakfullt inredd med allt vad vi behövde.

TV och wifi fungerade utmärkt.

Boende i toppskick

Lgh har mycket hög standard i de flesta avseenden. Städningen var oklanderlig och ett extra plus för TV-utbudet och wi-fi.

Flera bra restauranger alldeles nära sörjde för att totalupplevelsen ökade. Kalvlevern på Fairway måste bara avnjutas!
