HEATED FRONT APARTMENT well equipped to MAR 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms

It is a fully air-conditioned spacious building of 122 square meters built, which has relatively modern furniture, being equipped with all appliances, including auxiliary smaller kitchen.

By having an extended sea front terrace south-east, it is nice in the summer, because this gives the cool wind as well as in winter, since because of that the terrace is sheltered from northwest winds.

The property has a parking own garage located in the basement of the building, accessed in less than a minute from a spacious lift, portal pedestrian access to the building within the enclosure being located, which gives security.

The main feature of this development is, apart from its panoramic coastline, its usual tranquility, given its safe distance from the leisure areas of the coastline, superior in all cases to 1000 meters.

Why GASPAR chose Torremolinos

It is advisable for its excellent equipment, so much of the own building hired for being conceived for long stays, as like of the interior enclosure of the urbanization, that is one of the best equipped ones, at the time of more landscaped surface, of all environment.

On the other hand, it is advisable becouse its excellent location, relatively nearby both to the coastal line and to the highway of Mediterranean, which allows to be quickly connected to other sections of the Costa del Sol, as well as to famous nearby cities, as Granada, Cordoba, Seville or the own Malaga.

What makes this condo unique

As for advantages, I stress both its good panoramic one of the maritime littoral, owed to the high altitude of this complex, and the night calme of this urbanization, owed to its distance of the night places of leisure of the coastal line.

It is relatively close to the coastline property, since only is about 1200 meters from the nearest beach, while quickly connected to all the attractions of their environment. In that sense, relatively close to the highway location allows travel comfortably both other coastal areas and to other nearby cities such as Marbella, Ronda, Granada, Cordoba and Seville, or to the city of Malaga.

Really enjoyed our stay

The apartment is better than the photos. It is clean. The bedrooms are as described and comfortable. Lots of towels provided. The kitchen and utility are fine. We spent most of our time either out or on the balcony. The sun is very warm on the balcony in the morning. We found the television a little difficult to use but we did not really need it. The wifi is good. The local bars are nice. It is quite a walk to the seafront but worth it. Cariehuela is a great place with lots of options to eat and drink. The walk back up is quite tiresome so a taxi only costs 6 euros. The carrefour nearby is excellent, one of the biggest we have seen. Puts our supermarkets to shame. Gaspar the owner is great. He met us and explained everything to us. There is underground car parking which is a bonus but you can park on the road for free. All in all a great apartment for an excellent price. I am sure we will return.

Perfect stay

The arrival

We were met by Gaspar at the appartment and he showed us around the appartment and outside and explained us very good how things work.

The Appartment

In very good condition. Better than the pictures. Have everything you need. You have sun from the morning until the afternoon in the balcony. The beds are supercomfertable and I actually slept better there than home.

The Area

Its located near two resturants and a small shop. If you walk 5-10 minutes you will reach Carrefour wich have everything you need. Its a littlebit far to walk to the beach, so if you dont like walking i recommend renting a car or a bike (the appartment has a parking spot indoor in a garage). Otherwise it was easy to navigate around, and we had no problems finding things.

Overall

We are very satisified with our stay. We encountered no problems. The communication with the host Gaspar was also no problem. Without any doubt i can recommend this appartment 100% and I hope we can come back to stay here next year.

Séjour trés agréable

Nous avons passé un trés bon séjour dans cet appartement conforme aux photos et à la description. La résidence est trés bien située: à l'extérieur de la ville pour la tranquilité avec plusieurs piscines sur place, tout en étant à 5 mn en voiture du centre ville et des plages. Le propriétaire et sa compagne ont été très agréables, toujours disponibles pour résoudre les problèmes. Je recommande cette location et nous sommes prêts à y retourner avec plaisir.

Owner's Response: Me alegro mucho de que vuestra estancia haya sido de vuestro agrado, en especial de que os haya resultado tan cercana su ubicación respecto a todos los sitios. En cuanto al trato recibido es algo que siempre acostumbramos, puesto que entiendo que al ser un apartamento grande es conveniente estar pendiente en todo momento. En todo caso, es mucho más sencillo ser cordial con unos inquilinos amables y simpáticos como vosotros, por lo que espero teneros pronto de nuevo en mi apartamento. ´ Je me réjouis beaucoup que votre séjour ait été de votre plaisir, spécialement de que sa situation vous a semblé si proche par rapport à tous les endroits. En ce qui concerne le traitement reçu c'est quelque chose que nous habituons toujours, puisque j'entends qu'à l'être un grand appartement est convenable être pendant à chaque instant. En tout cas, on est un être beaucoup plus simple cordial avec quelques locataires aimables et sympathiques comme vous, par ce que j'espère vous avoir comme prompts à nouveau dans mon appartement. '

Great pool area and spacious apartment

We were greeted by Gaspar, the owner, who showed us the apartment and around the complex. The apartment is spacious and comfortable, but in need of some upgrades. Plenty of towels and the apartment was spotlessly clean! Nice balcony were you can see the sea on clear days. The pool area was very nice with two large pools and a children's pool. We also used the tennis court severdighet times. A short walk down the street to a local shopping center with Carrefour and a lot of other shops. Internet was mostly functioning, but a bit on and off for a few days. TV was a bit difficult at first. There could be some more soup bowls and cuttlery since the apartment can house up to 7 people. Gaspar was very forthcoming and the communication was good! All in all - a great vacation in this apartment.

appartement trés sale!

a notre arrivée le propriétaire nous dise que il a pas eu le temps de nettoyer l'appartement,il avait de la poussiere partout, de la vaisselle sale dans le lavabo qu'on a etait oblige nous meme de la nettoyer, le propriétaire pas du tout réactif a nos demandes,la piscine ferme meme si on a louer un app. avec piscine le propriétaire il nous a rien dit par rapport a l'ouverture, en plus il rentre dans l'appartement quand on est sorties sans nous prevenir!!!

Malheureusement pour ceux qui ont deja reservé pour cette ete le proprio va rien change!! soyez vigilents!

j'ai beaucoup louer par abritel et toutes les avis que j'avais laisser jusqu'a la ont etait favorable,mais la cet appartement je le trouve une honte pour "Costa del Sol!

pour finir au depart on lui demande de venir a 6h30 et lui il viens nous reveiller a 6h!!!!

il y a pas mal d'appartements sur Torremolinos beacoup mieux que celui si meme s'il sont plus petits!

My apartment is located 250 meters above the COSTASOL shopping center containing a CARREFOUR, 300 from the train stop, 350 of the BUS, and about 800 of all sports halls of TORREMOLINOS, having in the immediate environment urbanization of a bar and two restaurants.

It is about 1400 meters from the center of Torremolinos, 1600 from the center of Honey Brook, and about 2000 Marina PUERTO MARINA BENALMADENA.
