The property is located in a private urbanization with easy and quick access to the motorway. The beach is a 5 minute walk.
Nearby you have all the necessary services for daily life such as supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, gas station, cafe, bars, even a Mac Donald. About 10 minutes walking is the promenade and the shopping area where you have many shops, restaurants, etc.
Candelaria is an old charming fishing village. At the moment also place of residence and summer of the local people with which it will be able to live the experience of the real life of the canary.
There is only one hotel. It is located away from the tourist destinations of the island but strategically located to visit the different points of interest of the island. It is the perfect place for excursions to other places of interest in Tenerife, as it is located in a strategic area, near the capital and motorway links with the north and south of the island.
The area is well served by public transport. In front of the urbanization there is a bus stop.
Every Wednesday and Saturday there is a market of agricultural products where you can buy vegetables, fruit, honey, cheese, etc. directly from the producers.
Within the village you can walk.
To better discover the island it is recommended to rent a vehicle although also it is possible to accede to most places of interest by bus.
