Each Bedroom and the Living Room has been updated with the latest High Definition flat-screen TVs and Blu-ray DVD players, and is equipped with complimentary Wi-Fi. These features make it easy to “Work and Play” while you stay in St. Maarten 1402. This unit has a sizeable open-concept Living Area which includes enough seating to accommodate all of your guests. The fully-equipped Kitchen has all of the amenities you require if staying in and cooking is your preference. There is also a full-sized washer and dryer allowing you to keep your clothes and beach towels clean and dry.
The Gulf-front Master Bedroom features a King Bed with a welcoming top-end, pillow-top mattress comparable with luxury-brand hotels. There were 5 of us that stayed in condo over Labor Day weekend, it was AWESOME! Great location, property was very well maintained! Loved having our own parking and own elevator! Condo was absolutely amazing, exactly how it was described! We will be back !!!
There were 7 of us staying in this condo, and it was perfect! The view was AMAZING! The pool is huge! This condo is very well-appointed and was comfortable enough for us 7 adults. 9 adults could be pushing it. My only critiques are I don't think the bed in the 3rd bedroom is a queen size. More like a full. Sleeper sofa is more like a full size as well. Also, one suggestion for the owner: consider adding a privacy barrier like a privacy screen or hanging a curtain of some sort from an expansion rod in the opening to the 3rd bedroom for a little added privacy for that room. It was nice to be able to walk to The Back Porch restaurant & having several others close by. Such a great condo & will definitely rent it again! :)
We stayed from 5/23-5/30/2015 and the condo was absolutely beautiful! The grounds were very clean, pool was HUGE, and everything was exactly as described. Loved having our own elevator right outside the door! Plus we were very close to everything.... Walmart, Big Kahuna's Water Park, and the Boardwalk. Will definitely be back!!!
