An 18 hole golf course is close by. For cycle enthusiasts, there is a level cycle route along the Exe Estuary to Exeter.
Eating out is easy as there is a multitude of Restaurants, Takeaways and Pubs within a few minutes walking and they suit all budgets and tastes. Nearby Dawlish has lots of attractions including pubs and Restaurants and is well known for the Brook and adjacent lawns which are a home to a variety of wildfowl including the famous black swans.
An allocated private parking space is provided outside the apartment and is included in the rental price and if you would like to leave the car behind there are excellent transport links by bus and rail to a variety of attractions.
To relax in the sun we have a patio outside the front of the apartment which gets the sun for most of the day.
