Enjoy the 2. 800 hours of sunshine a year in Alicante. El Saladar (Urbanova), a very quiet family beach of golden sand where you can take long walks by the water. The flat is located in a protected environment between the old salt and surrounded by dunes on both sides. The beach has been awarded with the distinctive Blue Flag of the European Union. The residencial area is closed to traffic and only the movement of vehicles are allowed to park. We have parking garage roof surface for the exclusive use of this property. We are just 10 minutes drive from the Alicante Center. The views from terrace, dining room and master bedroom are great, the deep blue of the Mediterranean Sea to infinity. Eighth floor. Multisport courts, tennis, playground, petanque and swimming pool from 15 June to 15 September. It' is the right place to enjoy family, relax ... without sacrificing the enormous cultural and leisure offering Alicante and Elche. City bus from the door to Alicante Center. There is a boardwalk (promenade) with beautiful night views of Alicante and local where you can taste tapas, meals or more formal dinners, pizza, drinks, ice cream shops, supermarket and press. It is also suitable for business people who do not want to lose unnecessary time in transfers and optimize their travel; we are 5-7 minutes from the airport, the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office (OHIM), Alicante Center and highways of Madrid, Murcia and Barcelona.

When I come to booking a lodging in my tourist destination, I prefer an independent house to a hotel, this allows me to have my time as I see fit, I feel more freedom, especially if I travel with children. It is also more economical, i can prepare breakfast, fast dinners and even some food, all in my own house. Conchi is the incredibly helpful owner of this lovely apartment with amazing sea views of a beautiful beach; its the best of both worlds because everything you need for a quiet holiday is on your doorstep with a pool, beach, restaurants, and a little supermarket and yet Alicante City is just a 10 min bus journey away. A 30 minute walk up the beach brings you to a little town with more restaurants and shops too. I would recommend this lovely venue to anyone and me and my family will be back Conchi!!

Great place to stay!

We went to Spain with mom on her birthday and we truly enjoyed the whole holiday.

Our flight was arriving late and I was worrying about getting and finding the apartment so Conchi offered to pick us up from the airport and show us the flat. When we came to the flat everything looked great and we had fruits and drinks in the fridge, it was really generous to leave all of that for us. She explained everything about local areas, where to get food, where are the best restaurants, what to visit in Alicante, she even was helping us with the bus times.

The area was great it was 20-25 min by bus to Alicante (10 min by car), 20-25 min walk to the nearest few small towns.

The beach outside the apartment is great, there are quite few restaurants around (unfortunately very few people speak English), also few shops where you could buy groceries.

We were really happy to stay in your apartment and we would definitely recommend other travellers to book it :)

Terrace closed by glass, Enjoy the sun four season. Quiet area. It's very well connected with the City Center (Alicante) by public transport. City bus every hour from 7 a. m. at 10 p. m. Ten minutes from the airport.

Two supermarkets (open 365 days) in the residential area, bars, restaurants, international press, pizzeria, drinks ...

Golden sand beach, 7 km long and 50-60 meters wide. Recreational facilities at the beach, playgrounds, fitness equipment for adults, beach volleyball net. It's very good for familys with kids because the residencial area is closed to traffic, only cars to parking.
