Apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and balcony. Suitable for 4-5 guests. It is centrally located on pedestrian calle Sierpes, just a 5 minutes walk from the Cathedral.

The apartment is of high quality and finish. Spacious rooms are fitted with central air-conditioning (cold/warm), marble flooring and double glazed windows.

The bright living room is furnished with a sofa-bed, coffee table, dining table and chairs. There is satellite TV, DVD player, Hi-fi and free wifi internet connection.

A small balcony faces calle Sierpes - the famous and traditional pedestrian shopping street in the heart of the historic centre. Busy with shoppers at day time, but rather quiet at night. The balcony has partial views of the Cathedral.

Adjacent to the living area is the modern kitchen, which is equipped with utensils and the main appliances for self-catering, including an oven, washing-machine and dishwasher.

A corridor leads to the 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, which are located in the back of the apartment. Bedroom 1 with two joined bed bases, which are covered with a king size matress topper 180 x 200 cm. Bedroom 2 with two single beds (90 x 200 cm). Both bedrooms with large fitted wardrobes. Important: The bedroom windows are oriented to a quiet courtyard, not to calle Sierpes.

The bathroom no. 1 is equipped with washbasin, toilet and bath tub. Bathroom no. 2 with washbasin, toilet and shower.

The apartment is on the third floor of a residential building, with elevator.

Note: One floor above, there is a roof-top terrace, which is mainly used for drying the wash. Guests may use the roof-top to enjoy the views of the Cathedral.

Location

Car: not necessary

El Centro is the neighbourhood at the very heart of historic Seville. With the majestic Cathedral at your doorstep, el Centro begins at the Plaza de San Francisco, location of the elaborate City Hall, one of the best examples of plateresque architecture in Spain.

The City Hall leads you to the main shopping area with it´s famous parallel shop-lined streets: Sierpes and Tetuan. This busy area is the place to come for clothes, sporting goods, jewellery and Sevilla Feria fashion: shawls, flamenco dresses, castanets and fans... The Palace of the Contesa de Lebrija is nearby, home to the famous Pan Mosaic which dates from roman times.

Heading northwest towards the Guadalquivir River is the Museo de Bellas Artes, the city’s Fine Art Museum, one of the most important art museums in Spain after Madrid’s Prado. The collection includes important work by Murillo and early Velazquez.
