Thank you Andrea for providing a wonderful place for my family to stay during our highly anticipated trip. The home was exactly what we expected and saw on the website. Andrea was great to work with. My family spent hours outside at the pool and rested after our many hours of activities in s very comfortable and updated home. The washer and dryer were great to have especially after all our trips to the beach. We would highly recommend this house and hope to be able to stay again in the future.
This villa is very nice. It is furnished with everything you need from a nicely furnished kitchen to sheets, bath towels and beach towels. And I love that it has a washer and dryer. We have stayed two years in a row now and we definitely plan on staying again next year. The owner is extremely nice and goes out of her way to make sure everything is to your liking and quick to fix any issues that may arise. Also it is nice having the private pool. Also all the bedrooms are a good size with lots of closet space. You will not regret renting this beautiful homey villa.
Property was clean, updated and well maintained. It was close to Siesta Key Village and Beach (5-10 minute drive), plus convenient to downtown Sarasota marina and shops.
We couldn't have been happier with our experience. We spent a week at this home with our two boys and mother-in-law. It was perfect. We enjoyed the beautiful house and furnishings and most especially the heated pool. It was so nice to have a gated pool in our front yard to swim in at all odd times that we were not at the beach. The grocery store was minutes away by car. Restaurants are very close by. The house was totally stocked, the owner did not hold back. We had PLENTY of bath and beach towels, dishes, baking pans, blender, toaster, extra blankets, extra sheets, you name it, they had it. The beds were extremely comfortable! We also enjoyed running every morning in the quiet, flat neighborhood.
It took us about 10 mins to drive to the Siesta Key Public Beach, which was amazing! Be sure to get there around 10:30, or before, parking is horrendous after that on nice day. Although totally worth the work to find a parking space. Lovely playground, beach volleyball, restaurant, and bathroom access right there.
The house was very nice and had everything we needed for a week-including beach towels which was great since they take up so much space in a suitcase! It was very clean and nicely decorated. We were very comfortable with four adults and two kids under four. I was very nervous about using VRBO as I have never booked with them before but have friends that have. I was worried that if I had a problem or question I wouldn't be able to get an answer. The owner was absolutely amazing and responded to any question I had literally within a half hour. Will definitey stay again if we find ourselves in that area.
