The apartment is managed by an agent on the outskirts of Vale Do Lobo who will provide full on-site support. A damage deposit of £150 per booking is required by the owners prior to arrival. This will be returned once the appt has been inspected and no damage has been found. Peak season changeover days Thursday and Saturday.

Lovely accommodation with everything you need

We had a lovely week in this spacious, comfortable townhouse. The property was spotlessly clean and everything you needed was provided from the well equipped kitchen to the sun loungers by the poolside. Although it is only a plunge pool, it was definitely a bonus to cool off as the area is a great suntrap. The beach is quite a walk, though we did find a shortcut to Marias beach which we used on an afternoon. Anita, the owner was very friendly, approachable and easy to keep in touch with. I would recommend this property for a relaxing holiday in Vale De Lobo.

Couldn't be better

The whole process of requesting the dates, price etc was very straightforward with the owners who were very accommodating. The listing of the property, its location and facilities were all accurate in the information pack. All information regarding directions from the airport, contact numbers for owner and agents was accurate. The extra information regarding places to eat, visit and what to do if problems arose were excellent. More information re. the golf courses and prices would have been helpful.

The property was well maintained and perfectly clean and tidy when we arrived. It was in a lovely area which made it more enjoyable.

Customer service was excellent as for example when we had a small problem working the tv a phone call to the agent brought a positive response within 10 minutes.

The beach, restaurants, bars and shopping in the area were excellent and Monty's restaurant was a favourite because of its atmosphere, good food and good service.

I would certainly use this property again as would my son who came out with us, and I would recommend this property and area to friends and relatives. The pool was a bonus.

Having stayed on val do lobo many times I was pleasantly delighted when we opened the door to this lovely well kept villa, the pool and outside terrace were just perfect as was the facility's inside, just enough to keep my young family occupied, I'd recommend this villa to anyone , we had the most fantastic week

fantastic

We have used this villa a few time now and have been so happy with all the facilities in the villa it has a fully equipped kitchen,flat screen tv games consol and lots of books to read while your relaxing round the pool.

The master bedroom has an en suit and great space to put all your clothes and it also has a balcony.

I would recommend it to people off all ages wether you want to play golf go sightseeing shopping to one off the many beaches or down to the marina,it is central to so many things weather your on a budget hol or not.

There is so many things to do around the area for all ages and likes.

And yes we are going back next year

Superb,stylish villa, at the heart of Vale do Lobo

This villa was everything and more than its online description.! Stlylishly kitted out, it was immaculately kept and maid service was regularly available to us during our 3 week stay. We are a family of 4( 2 teenage daughters) and it had plenty of space for us.

The pool was cleaned twice while we were there and the management company were on hand to solve any queries we had .The location right next to the Tennis Academy, is convenient for Marias's beach( 10 mins walk) and Vale do Lobo beach itself ( 20 mins walk) and the area is quiet and ensures a peaceful stay. Be prepared for sun on the pool up to about 3.30pm as it loses sunlight after that. We had a car but it would not be absolutely necessary to get around the resort as long as walking is not a problem for you.Taxis are readily available anyway.

All standard kitchen amenities are available to you as well as washing machine and satellite TV and free wi-fi proved a huge hit with our daughters!!

We loved it and would thoroughly recommend it to any prospective customers.

Great Autumn Break

The apartment provided an ideal base for us and certainly lived up to the photos and description. Spotlessly clean and well-equipped with maid service mid-week. Would certainly recommend this property to friends and relatives especially due to the two lovely bathrooms!

We had a lovely relaxing holiday. Tennis very close, leisurely walk to the beach, two golf courses to choose from. Lovely meal at Maria's on the beach front - although booking is essential at weekends and high season.

Thanks to Anita's excellent directions we found journey from Faro to Valle do Lobo very easy. Arrangements for keys ideal for late night arrival.

We would certainly look to stay here again.
