The apartment is newly renovated, it is unique for its tranquility as it is in an old building in the historic center of Seville whose entrance opens onto a pedestrian street. I wanted to fit you with everything you need for a comfortable and convenient stay in Seville.

The apartment has inside a small patio with vertical garden.

The kitchen is integrated in the lounge, with hob, crockery, glasses, cutlery, toaster, microwave and coffee maker. Everything you need to prepare a delicious breakfast, lunch, snack or dinner.

The living room has a dining table, four chairs, sofa bed, flat screen TV in the living room, shelves and patio door to small vertical garden.

The room has a closet, dresser and sorting boxes for storing clothes. There are sheets, quilt, blanket, towels and hangers. There is room to put baby crib. The room has a window overlooking the courtyard of the vertical garden.

Compact well located abode

Once we got your bearings around the neighbourhood we realised we were very close to many sights we wished to see. So the place is great for the location. Functional though small bathroom with great shower. The apartment isin a building shared by other residents and can tend to be a little noisy . Overall it’s a great place to stay.

Great value in historic Sevilla

The apartment is as seen in photos. Bathroom is a step up with a small shower (if you are a very large person it may not be suitable). The apartment was very clean. The kitchen is stocked. However during our stay of 25 days we ate out all but one day. The supermarket, a bus station, coffee shoppes, are within minutes. It seems to be a very safe neighborhood - we did not encounter any problems or issues during this time. The apt does have a washing machine but no dryer. If you do wash laundry, it may take longer to dry due to the humidity in the building. The building is quite old - but this is what we sought - to stay in a local apartment. The apartment is about a 12 minute walk to Las Cetas (the large wooden structure). There are many cafe bars, bakeries and gelato on the main Avenue. Everything you need to see is within 15 -40 minute walk. We walked the entire historic Sevilla. It is quite confusing - like a maze - but people were very helpful when we got lost. We would just ask where Las Cetas were and learned quickly to take the avenue down towards the apartment.

We did not have any issues, consequently we did not need to bother Fernando who welcomed us to the apt with chocolate, olive oil and refreshments. Overall, it was a great experience and recommend this apt and location if you want to discover historic Sevilla.

Great location near Casa De Pilatos

We enjoyed our stay here. It is located right on the edge of Santa Cruz and a 15 minute walk to the Monument area... once you find your route. We had some laughs with trying to find our way back through the tiny winding streets but loved exploring... even when lost!

The apartment is small and quirky as you would expect in a heritage building. We liked that there was a lot of attention to detail in decor and in small amenities.

The bed was comfortable!

We had a problem with the internet and Fernando immediately responded and it was properly fixed by the supplier as soon as it could be arranged. He couldn't have been more helpful and left a gift for our inconvenience.

Excellent Central Location

Very nice quiet apartment, superbly located with 10 minute walk to centre of Old Town.

Great value for money with plenty of soaps,shampoos, etc. also good free WIFI included.

Small bathroom with shower, but adequate for the purpose.

Would recommend.

Seville is great too !

Cosy and comfy flat, perfect location

We had such a nice stay in Seville, Fernando wasetremelt welcoming and accommodating - the photoa do not do it justice!

Very nice flat; great value for money, considering the location and features.

All bedding, detergents and soaps provided were aplenty plus free wifi!

It's in an ideal location, just 10 mins walk from the busy centre but is actually tucked away down a quiet little street away from the hustle and bustle.

Definitely would recommend to a friend.
