Our house has beds to accommodate up to 9 overnight guests. But we are willing to have more if you are open to some creative options... The house rate is based on 8 people a fee of $15 per person per night will be added. Please check in with us if you are wanting to go over 10 people. So you can know your options for sleeping.

A wonderful tranquil getaway in Redding!!

This property was beautiful and very comfortable. It had everything you could ever need, from extra towels to a wine opener and a clip to close the bag of chips. It was like being at home. With those kind of amenities, it was hard to leave.

Also ,when my son forgot his favourite necklace the owner very kindly mailed it to us in Canada!

Ample beds and easy freeway acess

As with all locations, there were positive and not so positive aspects. This is clearly a property intended for a high volume of visitors. Each room had it's own lock and key and the cookware has been well used. There were ample beds and the flooring made for easy clean up. House is in a subdivision and the pictures were well staged.

Though a short stay, with 4 little kids, laundry, outdoor space and well working appliances are key. Unfortunately laundry requires a 5 or 7 day stay (missed that in the fine print) and though owner said we could use, it wasn't until we were checking out that we could have gotten access. Dishwasher has note it doesn't drain without multiple runs.

It was noted owners live on property, just didn't realize how close nor that the pictures of grass were mostly their yard and not rental house. Nor that they had a PitBull on property so we wouldn't risk kids playing outdoors on the porch and sliver of grass without direct supervision.

Overall, met our sleeping needs.

Owner's Response: Please read our other reviews......All Inn has an overall FIVE star rating with many very happy guests. We work hard to keep it that way. We are installing a new dishwasher and we apologize Dana. I wanted make clear that NO DOGS live on this property..... The dog mentioned was well supervised staying with her owner, a visiting family member. The kids were never in any danger of anything but being licked.

Peaceful Home

Our family came for a Bethel Conference. We enjoyed the house. It had everything that we needed and was only a few minutes away from the Bethel Church. We were very comfortable at the house and are thankful for the good rest that we received!

Couldn't be happier with the house, the environment and the location!

Jenny thought of everything for her guests!! The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. Bathrooms with shampoo, soaps, etc. Bedrooms with comfy beds, pillows, lots of blankets and linens. Ceiling fans in every room which kept temperatures very pleasant. The view from the back was beautiful-snow on the mountain peak. Great neighborhood, close to anything you want or need. Easy access to I-5. Will definitely look for this home next time I am in Redding and hope it is available. Thank you Jenny for creating such an inviting and comfortable home!!
