About the property

The Old Chapel is located in the small village of Wrawby in North Lincolnshire. The house is arranged over three floors and has a double garage and a walled patio garden. There is parking on the driveway for two vehicles. The ground floor comprises a large well equipped breakfast kitchen with table and chairs, a utility room with a washing machine and a separate downstairs toilet. There is a large hallway with seating area and a lounge / dining room with sofas and a table that seats up to 12 if required. There are French doors that lead out onto the walled patio garden where there is a BBQ and garden furniture. On the first floor there is one super-king size and one king size bedroom. Both are en-suite with showers. One has large arched windows and the other has roof windows , both are airy and spacious. There is a family bathroom with large bath, a study/snug, a small double bedroom and a large galleried landing with seating area. On the second floor there is a twin bedroom and a king size bedroom, both with roof windows giving access to views across the Ancholme Valley.

The house is fully centrally heated with on-demand hot water. Broadband / Wifi connection is included in the rental rate. Entertainment - Freeview TV and DVD player / docking station.

We have a strict no smoking policy.

No parties.

The accommodation will suit families or groups of friends travelling together.

If you don't fancy cooking or if you have an occasion to celebrate, we can arrange catering / dinner parties if required.

We provide lots of information and maps about what there is to do around us.

All bed linen and towels are included.

We can accommodate well behaved dogs by prior arrangement - the patio garden is secure so that four legged friends can't escape !

Beautiful house, fully equipped and very comfortable

We had a great weekend at The Chapel, the house felt so homely and had everything we needed. The hosts were very welcoming and gave us all the information we needed for our stay. It was very warm and cosy and spacious for our two families who were staying there. Highly recommend it.
