Sole A is on the first floor and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. The apartment, recently modernized in the furniture, has a comfortable air-conditioned living room with sofa and TV, a nice kitchen complete with every utensil and from which you can access the rear gazebo, embellished with beautiful ornamental plants. The sleeping area, also elegantly modified in design, consists of two air-conditioned bedrooms: one double and the other with two single beds, which can be joined together if necessary. Finally a bathroom with shower.
The house has several reserved outdoor spaces including a splendid terrace with sea view, a small loggia with table and chairs and a courtyard on the back, also fully equipped with umbrella and deck chairs.
The structure also has an internal car park in the cool, a compartment with washing machine shared with the apartments.
