About this property

1 bedroom apartment on a modern gated complex . Sleeps a maximum of 4 adults and 2 children Air conditioned throughout. Open plan living area with double orthopaedic sofa bed, TV (for use with DVD player only) and stereo. Fully equipped kitchen diner - oven, hob, microwave, toaster and sufficient utensils for 6. Bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet and washing machine. Bedroom with king-size bed, bunk beds & large wardrobe. French doors to balcony from bedroom & living area.

The complex has electronic gate entry system and adequate parking. It is 10 minutes to an unspoilt and quiet beach. 15 minute walk to beach with beach bars and sunbed in high season. Supermarket 3 minutes walk from complex. 10 minute walk into the centre of town.

There is a variety of good local restaurants, bars, gelatarias and coffee bars.

There is a local market on Saturdays.

Good location to explore this unspoilt area of Calabria. As well as local unspoilt villages to explore, places further afield are accessible from this area. Reggio Calabria is a approx. 1hr 15min by car, a very picturesque drive through mountains or approximately 1hr 30 mins by train from Roccella station nearby. Picturesque Tropea approx. 1hr 10min drive. Ferries every 15 mins from Reggio Calabria to Sicily (can be done in a day with an early start.)

Quasi perfetta

Nulla è perfetto, tutto è migliorabile. Questo appartamento ha veramente tutto. La posizione (a 2 passi da un mare stupendo), l'esposizione ( nel pomeriggio il terrazzo è all'ombra) e le dotazioni ( tutto per la cucina, tv, Dvd, Wifi, stereo, zanzariere, condizionatori, piscina, parcheggio) il supermercato a pochi passi, creano le condizioni per trascorrere una bella vacanza. La consiglio a coppie e famiglie con bambini.
