This nice apartment for 2 is located right in the heart of the city, on Cours du Chapeau Rouge, just accross from the Opera House Theater, a few meters from tourist information office, and St Catherine Street (commercial street).

This 33m2 is located in a lovely XVIII th century building, on the 4th floor with no elevator. There is a bright living room with fully equipped open kitchen, the bedroom is partly seperated (a wall but no door) and has a double bed (140x190cm) You have a complete bathroom with bath and seperate toilets. The apartment overlooks a small quiet street and has double glazing on all windows.

The apartment is fully equipped : fridge, combined oven microwave, washing machine, dryer, dish washer, coffee machine, Nespresso, kettle, you also have an internet wifi connexion and a TV.

Ideally located, you are close to all the touristic sites, cafés, restaurants, shops, and all conveniences, so you will be able to visit the city entirely on foot.

Tramway stop is 50 meters (stop is « Grand Théâtre »), and you also have a bike rental just down the street.

Beware : the apartment is located right in the historical center, in a completely pedestrian area, so you do not have direct access by car. To park you can go to public carpark Bourse/Jean Jaurès located 50 meters away (special price with Tourist information office : 45€ for 48h, or 65€ for 72h : bring them your ticket they will exchange it for a pass)

Localización perfecta. Edificio magnífico del siglo XVIII muy bien restaurado.

El apartamento está situado en el mejor sitio posible. Puedes conocer andando los sitios mejores de la ciudad. La cama muy confortable, muy amplio el baño, la decoración y el diseño del apartamento es buenísimo. Limpio y luminoso. En la misma calle, hay cuatro restaurantes de distintos tipos y un gran café abierto todo el día. No pongo 5 estrellas porque subir los 4 pisos puede ser dificil para ciertas personas.
