About this property

In this beautiful provencal countryside, at the foot of the Luberon mountain, this old farm is situated on a 12 acres land, at the front of a little wooded hill.
This will be an ideal base for exploration of famous little villages, local markets and trekking on the many tracks.

All rooms have been renovated trying to keep the atmosphere of an ancient family home. However, all equipment is according to modern standards your may expect.
This authenticity is such that some of our regular visitor have declared this place their "family home" where they gather for special occasions.

Perfect property for a perfect holiday

From the time we arrived to the time we left Didier and Therese were the most wonderful and helpful hosts. The property is amazing and is situated in the most beautiful countryside with flawless views to every side. The house contained everything you could possibly need and more besides. We were there with our daughter, son in law and three grandchildren aged 14, 9 and 7. The barn contained so many activities from toys to table tennis and also bicycles for all ages (which saved the family the hire costs ) . Didier had also put up an inflatable pool which the children could play in. They also loved to visit the two donkeys and chickens on the property. We were in Provence for my son’s wedding so had family calling on us at various times and we just loved sitting with them all in the garden. We couldn’t have picked a better place to stay and can’t wait to return. Thank you Didier and Therese for your extra special way in which you made us so welcome in Provence.

This house and farm gave us just the experience we were looking for. Somewhere to call home over the course of a several week stay, beauty inside and out at every turn, and easy accessibility to surrounding towns and villages in the Luberon and friends in St. Remy-de-Provence. The home was beautifully appointed, with all the tools and conveniences of daily life. The laundry room was fully stocked and easy to use... though hanging our clothes outside on the line, became a fun alternative for us, normally, city dwellers. Our French and American guests, both, were charmed by our home away from home. From donkeys to outdoor loungers to covered outdoor dining to abundant fresh air, the mas created an atmosphere in which to relax and breathe. Didier was simultaneously attentive and in the background (a great feat!), and we appreciated his pride of place and his desire to ensure our stay was as enjoyable as possible. Strongest recommendation!

Beautiful

We stayed stayed for 5 weeks in April-May and had a wonderful stay. The views from the house across to Bonnieux and Lacoste are exquisite and the photos of the house simply do not do it justice. Didier and Therese went to huge efforts to make us feel welcome. We enjoyed all the space for the kids to run around outside, the chickens, the donkeys, the barn full of toys and games, the bikes, the pétanque, not to mention the very convenient location for exploring the area. We hope to be back one day!

Maison et accueil exceptionnels

Thérèse et Didier nous ont accueillis avec une très grande gentillesse et beaucoup d’attention. Leur maison est magnifique, pleine de charme, parfaitement équipée et très agréable à vivre. L’environnement et la vue sur les monts et villages du Luberon sont exceptionnels. Nous reviendrons avec très grand plaisir.
