The Emerald Isle Resort consist of beautiful beachfront condos in the heart of Pensacola Beach. The unit is on the 15 floor with breathtaking views of the sugar sand beaches and blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Equally stunning views of the Sound. Two pools, one of them heated during the cooler months and a large hot tub for relaxing in the evening. Private balcony and exercise room overlooking the pools/beach. Walking distance to many restaurants, shopping, putt-putt golf, jetskiing, parasailing and even Funny Car Rental. Right up the road from beautifully kept public tennis and basketball courts.

This comfortably decorated unit will provide you with all the amenities of home. Full Kitchen stocked with cookware, utensils, blender and coffee maker. Full washer and dryer, dish washer, refrigerator/ice maker. King size bed in the Master bedroom and Queen size bed in the 2nd bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the Living area. Garden tub in the master bath.

Downtown there is the historic district also known as Seville Square, shopping malls and Air Naval Station Museum (home of The Blue Angels).

Beautiful view, beautiful condo

The condo unit is very well equipped, very clean, very nicely decorated. You can see the ocean from the living room,dining area and kitchen as well as the master bedroom. The balcony view is even better and has great seating for relaxing and a glider for napping. The second bedroom has a nice view of the sound. The unit is situated perfectly in the building for great views, not too close to the elevators to be noisy but close enough for ease of use. The views are beautiful from the elevators also. There are stores and restaurants and night life in walking or biking distance. The beach access is great, the beach is great and the pools are great! There are nice restrooms near the pool area also. The workout room is good too. You can even get an old fashioned newspaper from a vintage newspaper dispenser. Everyone we met in the condo building was so nice, friendly and helpful.That goes for Pensacola Beach and Pensacola too. It's a close drive to Gulf Islands Natl Seashore to the east as well as the west. Pensacola and NAS are an easy drive too. We received all of our necessary info before our arrival, including helpful tips about groceries. I am a fairly picky person and have traveled quite a bit and have no complaints about the Emerald Isle!

Wonderful place to stay!

Our stay 10/1/16 to 10/8/16 unit 1503 Emerald Isle was a great home away from home! The beds were very comfy, the kitchen was well stocked and the unit was very clean. In fact, when we got there, we could not find the blender, I emailed Paul and he brought us a new one the next morning! Great place to stay! Would stay there again! Thanks Paul and company!

All the basic needs were supplied. It's a very nice & comfortable condo. Paul has done excellent job

Very nice property, great view. No complaints about Paul or condo. The HOA, building owners or whoever is in charge are a different story. Before we even got our luggage moved into the condo, my wife was walking onto the elevator, the elevator door started slowly shutting then all of a sudden picked up speed, hitting my wife on the forearm, ripping the skin back almost deep enough for stitches but not quite. An area the size of half of a dollar bill. While my VRBO contact expressed sympathy for the accident, no one ever called to check on my wife during our stay or has yet to call and ask about her condition, 12 days after arriving home. The scar will be a good reminder to stay far away from Pensacola Beach VRBO. Other than that, it was a nice week. FYI.....as we cautioned other guests at Emerald Isle about the door's, we also were cautioned by other guests who agreed with us. While hopefully my wife is the only one injured by the doors, obviously we aren't the only ones who had issues with them. Also, holding your hand over the laser beam to keep the doors open does NOT work EVERY time....MOST of the time, yes, but not EVERY time. Just be careful !!

Lovely Condo, terrible neighbors

We rented this condo for a week for our annual wedding anniversary trip after previously having stayed in hotels every year. We were really excited to see the awesome conditions of the condo and its amenities. Paul has really thought of everything! We were excited for a nice relaxing week of sleeping in, not being on a schedule, lounging by the pool, and enjoying the beach from the balcony. Unfortunately none of that happened. The unit upstairs was apparently being renovated and we were awakened to the sounds of saws and hammering over our heads at 7 am every morning. Trying to escape it on the balcony was no use, it was almost worse out there, because they were smoking out there and throwing the cigarette butts from the balcony down to the pool below. We went to the pool and the incredibly loud noise followed us there - all day long. I reached out to Paul and they got right back to us suggesting we call the Building Manager. At this point, we were half way through our stay because we kept thinking, surely it was almost done. The Building Manager sent someone up quickly and the noise stopped until 8:30 am, then started back up for the rest of the day. We emailed Paul again letting him know the situation had not really improved and that we were cutting our losses on the vacation and checking out early to find somewhere else to stay. He did not respond.

I really feel like if construction is being done in a unit adjacent to the one being rented, the rate should be reduced or the renter should at least be notified before booking. What was supposed to be a relaxing vacation, full of sleeping in and escaping irritations, had now become a typical work week of getting up at the crack of dawn and being irritated all day with the sound of saws and hammers. This was not the relaxing vacation we had hoped for. This was our 7th year in a row going to Pensacola to celebrate our anniversary and we have changed locations every year trying to find the perfect getaway. This is the first year of renting a condo and we were ready to book this one for next year, until all of these irritations happened. It's a shame, your condo is beautiful and it's clear you've put a lot of work into making it a nice getaway for people, but your neighbors upstairs have ruined it. I highly recommend the condo for the accommodations and the condition it's in - it's beautiful, but the neighbors upstairs are terrible.

Beautiful condo!

Paul's 15th floor condo at Emerald Isle was a lovely place to stay for our sisters trip to Pensacola! It had everything we needed and was so well decorated with nice linens and furnishings. I know most people don't like to cook on their vacations, but it was a pleasure to cook in the kitchen with such a beautiful view of the ocean. Don't miss the quaint downtown Pensacola area. We had delicious lunches at Jackson's and The Fish House and Jaco's (on the dock overlooking the marina). Thanks, Paul!

Perfect!!

We absolutely loved staying in this condo! We had children so the security was a major concern for us being away from home, but you had to have an access code to get into the parking lot, the building and the room. It provided great peace of mind! The condo was very clean and nicely furnished with everything you could need. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of room for everyone!The views were fantastic! We loved sitting on the balcony and listening to the waves. Having two pools and a hot tub provided the kids with other options for swimming when the sand and salt became too much! The beach was gorgeous. Everyone we met was super friendly. Just a great place to stay over all! We loved all the restaurants that were so close by: Crabs, Flounders, Red Fish, Blue Fish and we drove tp the mainland to eat McGuire's one night. The drive out to Ft. Pickens is definitely worth it if you want some education/history while on vacation. The pier was nice to fish off of or to have a change of scenery!
