Sunny, spacious, recently remodeled third-floor walkup (no elevator) studio loft in historic 19th century rowhouse. Enjoy views of Downtown in historic setting.


Rent includes heat/elec/water/garbage/internet.

Security deposit required. No pets, no smoking inside or near building entrance.

Amenities include queen bed/dresser/nightstand, dishes, linens, coffeemaker, 32' TV, sofa, dinette, and appliances. Unfortunately we cannot offer stove/oven privileges at this time. Small appliances are available for reheating and food preparation.

Huge bathroom with laundry facilities.

Easy street parking. There is a nearby parking ramp that charges $85 monthly for weekday covered parking, but most people in our neighborhood do not find it necessary.
