Spread over three floors, the house is finished to a very high standard and comprises, on the ground floor, a twin/double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and elegant fully tiled bathroom with bath and shower, guest cloakroom and storage space. On the first floor, there is the master bedroom with large walk in wardrobe, second double bedroom with fitted wardrobe, modern bathroom and extra storage space. The stairs leading to the second floor land directly into a spacious and exquisitely decorated reception room with dedicated dining area, gas fireplace and wooden floors throughout and separate fully fitted kitchen with Smeg appliances and Miele dishwasher and washing machine.

Phillimore Walk is a quiet residential street located on the Phillimore Estate which is just few minutes walk to Kensington High Street with its many excellent shops, restaurants and transport facilities. Kensington Gardens and Holland Park are also within easy walking distance. The nearest underground station is High Street Kensington (District and Circle lines).

The house is looks more beautiful even from the pictures !!

All what we need is available and we feel like in our real home.

Superb location. The house near from holland park and kensington gardens and high street kensington with its fabulous shops and resturants.

The owner Melissa was extremely responsive and helpful.

We highly recommend this property to anyone travelling to London.

Living London

This was the perfect location and flat to enjoy London with family or friends. A rare find -3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths, kitchen AND washer and dryer. Convenient to tubes, good restaurants, grocery stores and shopping . This is so much better than staying in a hotel, especially when traveling with others.

Christmas and New Years Vacation from Pittsburgh, PA USA

Property was in excellent shape and clean. Kitchen was very well equipped. Beds were very comfortable, bathrooms were very well appointed. Shower were awesome, great water pressure. Great location to the tube and grocery stores and shopping, safe location, would stay again.

Very attentive to meeting us at terrace when we arrived.
