Magnificent apartment in the historic center of Murcia, 200 meters from the Cathedral, behind the Plaza de San Juan and 100 meters from Hotel Arco de San Juan and Rincón de Pepe, due to this unique situation you can enjoy everything on foot center of the city (Casino, Churches of Santa Eulalia, San Juan, Arab Wall, Bullring, Almudí Palace, Romea Theater, etc.), as well as the entire shopping center (Silverware, Trapería, Calle Correos ...) without the nuisance that is the car in the center of Murcia; without forgetting that it is in the zone of more and better tradition of bars and restaurants of the fabulous kitchen of the orchard of Europe; as well as having all the services one step away from its location (Hospital, supermarkets, bicycle rental, tourist taxi office, buses ...).

The house of 90 meters is a 3rd and last (without neighbors above) with elevator and access for the disabled, totally outside and is distributed in a bedroom with bed of 180 x 200, to rest without problems, another bedroom with two beds of 90, both with AACC with independent heat pump and ceiling fan, as well as double acoustic glazing, so you can choose how to sleep, as well as bedding; a large dining room for 4 people, with AACC, 42 "TFT TV, HF radio, DVD ... and a large kitchen with separate gallery, breakfast bar and all the necessary equipment¨, as well as coffee, tea, oil, Spaces, salt sugar etc., also has a full bathroom with bath and a toilet, both with towels, gels and hair dryer, also if you need garage there is in the same building for a supplement of € 10 a day, ( not suitable for all terrains, mono volumes, or special mediated cars).

The apartment is 100% as you see on the website, fully equipped including dishwasher, Nespresso maker etc. comfortable beds and very well furnished in a personal way and spotlessly clean, would be good for a longer stay. It has a parking garage in the basement if you have a car (low access so no SUVs). Located right in the city centre with lots of good bars and restaurants, nearest 50m and 5 minutes walk to cathedral and the river. We were met by the owner Jose Manuel who was very helpfull. I cannot fault the stay and would return.
