INDOOR GATHERING SPACE
Upon entering "The Black Dog" main level you see the earth-colored great room with its inviting colors of grey, sand, and white. The living room begs for relaxing evenings spent around the fireplace reading a good book while sipping wine or simply watching a great movie while the kids play. The spacious and fully equipped kitchen allows for the cooking of meals and easily serves four at the counter and six at table. The basement is always a kid’s favorite treat. Head downstairs to the kids space that offers a sectional sofa with a flat screen TV, a bar table with four chairs for games and puzzles, a full bath and a bedroom with a bunk bed and a twin bed. The sectional folds out converting into additional sleeping space for bedtime.

OUTDOOR GATHERING SPACE
Enjoy the summer evenings on the screened in porch on the rocking chairs or sit around the fire pit on cooler nights and listen to the kids playing on the nearby playground.

Always love our time at Blackdog!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We look forward to staying at Beachwalk and it has become out new tradition the last 4 years. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was nice, clean and good for us. Staff was extremely professional, and accommodating. Refrigerator was not working first night, so they responded quickly to that issue. Loved the pool, lake, golf carts, playground - everything was nice and convenient to get to for our family. Only issue was garbage pick up (lack of it - from week before and our week - a city issue but one that needs to be addressed).

Perfect size for a family of 4

The house was very nice and clean! We loved the location to the beach, the pool and the overall vacation feel of the neighborhood. We truly had a wonderful time. This house needs to have their screen door fixed for the screened in front porch as a ton of bugs get in bc of the rip in the screen. There were also lots of fruit flies inside the house that we could not contain. They were there as we arrived. Finally, the biggest disappointment was the golf cart didn't work. We did tell management and they said they would look at it. They never followed up and we kept trying the golf cart and it wouldn't turn on. When I checked out and told them the golf cart never worked for us, the manager claimed she drove it herself and it was fine. I find that hard to believe as it was in the same exact position we left it. Overall, I gave my stay 4 stars. It's a great neighborhood and location. House was worth it!

Family Wedding

We stayed at the Black Dog for a family wedding. Everything about the experience was wonderful!! Beautiful memories were made. We will definitely stay there again!
