Apartment Moccand, offered by Alps Accommodation Samoens, is a luxurious 3 bedroom chalet apartment with swim spa, sleeping up to 8 people over two levels. It is positioned in a quiet location, 50m from the ski bus and 300m from Samoens centre's shops, bars and restaurants. In summer it is less than a 15 minutes walk from Samoens lakes and activity park.

There is a huge swim spa with jets and bubbles like a normal Jacuzzi at one end, while the other end has a series of strong jets for swimming. Apartment Moccand guests have shared use of the swim spa and garden with the Chalet Moccand guest’s year round.

Guests benefit from private off street parking, while a ski locker provides great storage for ski equipment and bikes.

100% of the electricity used at Apartment Moccand is from renewable sources.

The apartment is situated in a quiet corner of Samoens, just 5 minutes walk to the historic centre of Samoens. In winter the frequent ski bus stop is 50 metres away or the main lift is a 12 minute flat walk. Samoens is the only ski resort classified by the registry of historic monuments, hence the beautiful village and surrounding area is protected and hasn’t been spoilt by mass tourism. Samoens ski area is part of the Grand Massif which is one the largest ski areas in Europe, joining with Flaine, Morillon, Les Carroz and Sixt, comprising of over 265 km of piste. In addition, the chalet and Samoens are just 1 hour’s drive from Geneva airport and is one of the closest ski resorts from Calais.The summers are amazing here and the scenery is as breathtaking. It is a perfect resort for an individual or family activity holiday, with waterfalls, mountain lakes, rafting, hiking, biking, adventure parks all walking distance.

Golf: There are some fantastic golf courses within easy reach of Samoens, the nearest being Les Gets at only 10km away. You can enjoy a round of golf on an excellent course whilst enjoying spectacular views of Mont Blanc in the back ground. Also nearby we have Flaine golf course and a little further away, but still within 1 hour drive from Samoens there is Chamonix golf course.

In Samoens there is a fantastic driving range onto water as well as an Astroturf putting green.

Ski: Samoens is part of the Grand Massif, one of the largest ski areas in Europe. It is made up of Flaine, Morillon, Les Carroz, Sixt and Samoens. It offers extensive skiing and snowboarding, with a great snow record which is one of the best in the Alps. There are numerous reds and black runs locally and of course over in Flaine, where experts are well catered for. The piste - Consists of 14 black runs, 51 red runs, 53 blue runs, 15 green runs and 116 snow canons. Samoens ski area starts at 1600m, so a reliable base for good snow. Also, Samoens now has a new high speed 6 seater lift (the Chariande Express) which allows skiers and snowboarders to get to the Tete de Saix 3 times quicker than before!
