Further steps lead up into a communal area containing a fridge and sink plus a shower room with toilet and wash basin so you can cool down after a hard days sun bathing on the expansive roof top terrace which has great views to the beach and the sea. A lovely spot to watch the sun go down with a cool glass of something from the fridge.

Apartment La Sabbia is located on the ground floor to the right the entrance door leads into a spacious lounge/diner. Here there are 2, 2 seater settees and a table and chairs. Just off here is an en suite kitchen! Equipped with gas hob, electric oven and fridge/freezer. Along the corridor there is a larger than average bathroom with shower cubicle. Further along are the bedrooms, one having a double bed plus the benefit of an en suite with toilet and wash basin and also a dressing room. The other being a twin bedded room with wardrobe and drawers. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans. There is a mosquito net over the double bed (both practical and pretty) and a mosquito screen to the doorway of the twin bedroom. There is also the possibility to put a camp bed into a separate area for a 5th person. The apartment has the benefit of a washing machine in the bathroom. There is also an iron and ironing board plus clothes airer, hairdryer, radio/CD and mini safe. All apartments have equal access to the communal areas. All apartments at the Pink Palace enjoy free unlimited fast fibre optic WiFi broadband internet access.
